Not only is the apartment EXACTLY as advertised, but the staff was super responsive and attentive through the check in process and the location is awesome!

Great spot. Would stay again

The apartment has some expected, normal wear and tear but is otherwise great. Overall, the building is nice and in very good shape. Perfect for our family of 5. Metro is 1.5 blocks away. Wharf is a nice 0.5 mile walk with lots of restaurants. Check in is very easy and staff is very responsive and helpful. Overall, very happy and would stay again

Cherry blossoms in DC

This property was immaculately clean. It was a good set up and not far from key areas of interest. There was regular communication from the property manager. We would consider staying here again- especially if we planned to attend a Nationals game. Oh, and thank you for having the cherry blossoms in the area in full bloom during our stay!

Great apartment

My family stayed for four nights and we were all very pleased with the accommodations and location. We were a party of 5 adults visiting DC for my daughters graduation. The location was good. Across the street was a Safeway grocery store and we were a short walk to the Waterfront area. The Waterfront was a pretty area with many restaurants and bars. The Metro station was across the street. The apartment had two bedrooms both with comfortable king beds and a sleeper futon which my son said was comfortable to sleep. There was a full kitchen with dishes, silverware, pans, coffee maker, toaster but no condiments. The apartment was updated and had lots of natural light. I would definitely stay here again!
