Situated directly below the beautiful Mission Hill Winery, it is surrounded by vineyards, orchards and mountains, and nestled in by the sandy shores of Lake Okanagan. Bring the boat and enjoy the public launch (1 block away) and day parking at the end of the dock.

This beautiful unit, located on the third floor, is spacious and open (approximately 1,400 sq/ft all on 1 floor) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large deck provides unobstructed views of both Lake Okanagan and the resort pool/hot tub and is equipped with a small patio table, eight chairs and a gas barbecue. There are single sliding doors to access the deck off the Master Bedroom and double French sliding doors off the Living Room. The unit is heated and cooled with a geothermal heat pump, and additional floor fans are located in each bedroom for additional cooling.

The unit is appointed with high end finishings including hardwood flooring, granite counters, stainless appliances, washer/dryer, etc... Furnished privately by the owners, it is far nicer than other units in the complex including: quality modern design furniture throughout, Westin quality beds with high-end linens, 3 Flatscreen Smart LED televisions, DVD, FREE premium HD Cable and FREE wireless internet, and tasteful modern decorations. The unit includes two underground parking stalls.

The unit sleeps 8 guests comfortably as follows: Primary bedroom - king, 2nd bedroom - queen, and 3rd bedroom – two double beds. Unlike some units that have either a bunk bed or pull out couch in the den/loft, this unit includes an actual large 3rd bedroom with two double beds.

All of your cooking desires will be accommodated with the fully appointed kitchen that includes appliances throughout and high quality mini appliances such as Magic Bullet blender/Toaster/Coffee maker/Crockpot/Waffle maker/ Pancake Griddle as well as completely stocked accessories including top quality cook-wear. There is a gas BBQ on the deck perfect for outdoor entertaining.

Also don’t worry about packing pool and sand toys, our unit provides a wide selection of fun for the kids, including: pails and shovels, beach umbrella, 4 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, beach towels, and a fold up wagon to accommodate all these goodies to the beach or pool.

Quails’ Gate and Mission Hill wineries are at your doorstep, as are many of the other 250 Okanagan wineries, golf courses, regional parks, bike trails, aquatic/recreational facilities and spa’s. Frind winery is within walking distance and offers great breakfast and lunch options. This location is second to none. Once you discover Barona Beach, you'll fall in love.
