Fantastic North Ocean City location at a great price—just steps from the beach! This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. It features a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, central A/C, and parking for 1 vehicle, with ample street parking nearby. The living space includes 2 TVs with basic cable and free Wi-Fi (not guaranteed), plus a balcony to relax on. This 3rd-floor walk-up is conveniently close to restaurants, shops, amusements, and a movie theater. The property is non-smoking, and pets are prohibited.

Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

This property was very comfortable and a good price within walking distance of the ocean with an ocean view from the front balcony. The rooms are spacious as well. The only downside is that it’s a three story walk up which makes it challenging to bring supplies and little ones up and down.

Prime location

We love North OC and the convenience to the beach from this property is great. The condo had everything one would need, with the exception of clothes hangers in the closet. Other than that small detail, it was a great place to stay.
