Yes the host was very helpful when we had trouble operating the spa. Priscilla immediately responded to my questions about how to fill and heat the spa. The house was clean and the amenities were all good. We were very pleased with the location. The outdoor area and deck were lovely to sit on in the mornings.

The property is absolutely beautiful with lots of gorgeous little details in the decor and it is in an excellent location. The wine, bread and honey etc were a lovely surprise on arrival. The amenities were excellent and the beds were all very comfortable. Plenty of towels were supplied. The penthouse was very clean and fresh. The only downside was that I requested 2 of the bedrooms to have single beds but both all bedrooms were made up in king size so I had to rearrange the beds but then there were not enough blankets and the first night we were kept up until 2am by lots of noise on the street below us. Bright is a beautiful place to visit.

Best spot

Location was walking distance to all areas on central Bright. The welcome was warm and full of treats. The penthouse was great, everything you need and more.
