The extensive great room opens to the ocean, with plush seating opening to a balcony deck, ocean-view dining, and a spacious chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an inviting island. You’ll also sleep in style; the ocean-view king bedroom opens to the deck and has a fireplace for added luxury and a second queen suite includes a spa tub. Walk from the deck to the ocean surging into a rocky cove along Yachats’ renowned coastline, where seagulls wheel and the overwhelming beauty of sky and sea will renew your senses. Follow the 804 Yachats Ocean Trail along the entire town, down to the sandy beach of the estuary of the Yachats River. You can also walk to restaurants, shops, coffee houses, and brewpubs with ease in this compact town. You’re minutes by car to the tidepools and sky-high headland views of Cape Perpetua, Heceta Head Lighthouse, and Sea Lion Cave, and close to the quaint river-front city of Florence. Location, location, location! This is an interesting home with a wall of windows facing the rugged Oregon coast. The edge of the sea is close enough for spray to reach the deck at high tide, and for the mesmerizing sound of the surf to be audible at all times. Just spectacular! That said, it was disappointing to find that those big windows were not clean when we arrived. After searching a bit, we found a long-handled squeegee and cleaned the outside of the windows ourselves. This made a world of difference, and should have been done before we checked in. Overall, this rental is very comfortable and reasonably well-equipped. The location is definitely the main attraction here. We loved being able to walk out the back door to sit on the deck or stroll in the grassy backyard to watch the waves and the sunset. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The view from this home is one of the best of rentals that I have stayed in. We could have spent hours just watching Mother Nature at work. The location of the house is fantastic! The home could possibly be absolutely perfect if it was updated a little bit. It just seems a little worn. Also want to mention that the fireplace has an “out of order” sign on it so if that’s something that’s important to someone you may want to inquire about that before you go.

Excellent Views

Our family found the home bright and cheerful. The kitchen was well supplied, making cooking our meals easy. It was wonderful to watch the waves crash against the rocks and so relaxing.

Kelly's Cove Meredith Lodging

This home was perfect. The views from the main living area are incredible. You can step outside and soak up the sights, sounds and smells and you're within easy walking distance to the main part of town right along the shore line. It was very clean and had everything we needed for an amazing stay. Highly recommend!

Extraordinary view!

This property has an exceptional view (is it still a "view" if it's basically the ocean in your backyard? :)) and is neat as a pin. Within walking distance to cafés and restaurants, and just a few miles to spectacular hiking. We can't wait to return!

The view is perfection

It would be difficult to top this view, it is an absolute gem! The house was roomy and had everything we needed for a good stay. The furnishings are outdated and several things need repair/attention, but with a little TLC, Kelly's Cove would be an all-around treasure.

Great ocean views

Love this house but think it is overpriced and the agency is not very accommodating. Pay for two nights but very late check in and very early check out plus expectations about cleaning etc. Great location, lovely home although linens were not the best and pillows need to be replaced.
