Hervey Bay Seaside Studio Unit

This 'motel style' free standing studio is quietly tucked away in the middle of a small group of units, centrally located right on Hervey Bays Esplanade. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the beachfront with a choice of amazing cafe's and restaurants within walking distance then retreat to your accommodation. Perfect!
There is a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker for your convenience.
The attached carport is suitable for a small car, or you can park next to the unit

The space
The studio is quite spacious with a queen size bed, double recliner settee, a small dining table and kitchen bench with microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. There is also a private ensuite bathroom. The unit is air conditioned. Attached is a full length carport which creates a lovely cool breezeway, perfect for eating outside or just a quiet getaway to read a book.

Guest access
A small car will fit under the attached carport, otherwise there is off street parking right next to the unit. If you don't come with a car, there is a bus stop right outside the units that travel all around the area. There are also miles of beachfront walking tracks.

We loved our stay here. Location was perfect for beach, dining options etc. The room itself was very comfortable, the addition of recliners made our stay relaxing as well. The room was clean and neat and very affordable. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hervey Bay Seaside Studio Unit. The unit was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The communication was quick, clear, and helpful. I was out all day chasing whales and enjoying the beach, but it was great to come back to a comfortable bed and a unit where everything was clean and in good condition. There is a wide range of dining options within walking distance, and the bus stop was a 5-minute walk away – or taxis had no problems picking up from the property. I found it great value and appreciated the great communication from Margie and David.

Neighbours lights on all night every night - security floodlight on until midnight - no kitchen per se as advertised, very very basic - wash up of dishes is in the bathroom sink next to the toilet - Teatowel drying is in bathroom - shower is slightly over warm but certainly nowhere near hot (no cold water needed for sure) - crumbs from previous tenant still in cupboards - surprisingly the bed was comfy - very central for our needs.

The only criticism I have is the lack of ability to contact by phone the property manager or Stayz representative..We had a problem initially which, to their credit., was resolved via the messaging system, but it is extremely stressful waiting for a reply, not knowing if the message has been seen.

Great location - close to everything and 2mins to beach

It was a perfect location. The only issue we had was unless you are eating and drinking out all day there is no sink to wash anything. You'll need a plastic tub to wash cups, plates, glasses etc. Location of BNB on the property is amongst permanent residents which was totally unexpected, though no problem once we asked a resident where it was located. Otherwise a lovely stay!

The property is in a great location, I could walk nearly everywhere, and a bus stop is close too. There were lots of different places to eat out or grab food to have in. Sounds weird, but I liked that it had a lounge I could sit in to watch some TV rather than have to sit up in bed.

Cabin in Scarness Hervey Bay.

Very comfortable and clean, the only problem was the access. Very hard to open the front door, the main front door sometimes took a few minutes to get open, not so the screen door, always opened first go.

Beautiful little unit

Perfect location for our trip. The only thing I could suggest is better signage for the units, as it was hard to find at night. Also maybe pest control needs doing as there were a couple of cockroaches even though the unit was very clean. I would stay there again if the need arises. Thank you for having us.
