Well Maintained, Studio Loft Creekside Condo! Sleeps Up To 4 People! This dog

friendly unit is a quiet and private. The kitchen is equipped with all the

necessities. It is a split level unit with a queen in the loft and a day bed

with trundle on the main floor. Centrally located in the Village - You can

walk to Restaurants, General Store, Disc Golf, the Lodge and your dog is

welcome too!

Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk

beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the

guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge

$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper

accommodations.

Convenient location for skiing and pet friendly

Convenient location to go skiing and pet friendly. Just because the instruction on how and where to discard all the thrush are not clear and ended up taking them home, I give one star fewer for overall stay.

A comfortable small condo

Three of us were looking for a place that was an easy walking distance to the xc trails and we were booking a bit last minute. This condo fit our needs. It has an efficient layout, plenty of extra blankets, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice and cozy condo

This is a very small unit, suitable for a small family vacation. Location is very convenient to all activities around Bear Valley. The unit is well equipped with essential kitchenware and beddings, we enjoyed the stay. The only recommendation is, since this is a pet friendly unit, it would be the best if the loft area is not carpet.

We stayed in a small unit, with one bedroom. There was also a pull out couch, and a day bed with a trundle bed underneath. It was perfect for our small family! We kayaked at Lake Alpine and Utica Reservoir, which are highly recommended.

Cozy condo

For the second year we were able to rent the same condo. It is very cozy it makes you feel like you are at home. It has all the utensils need it from kitchen to the bathroom to the bed. A lot of extra banquets and plenty of beds. Overall clean comfortable and cozy place. The building manager was the only one not too friendly but even the staff at the office was very friendly. Definitely I will try to rent condo 92 next year.

The accommodations were fine, and the service of the agent who handled the reservtions was superb. One issue we encountered was tha related to my visual and ambulatory disabilities, which were challenged by the sheer number of steps to reach the condo. We do intend to use the property in the future, perhaps asking for a condo with fewer steps to manage.
