Location was perfect. Very close to everything you could need. Condo was very clean and well stocked with anything you could need. Ammey is a wonderful host that was quick to respond. (We had trouble with the key lock on the door). I would highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to go back!!

Incredible accommodations, stunning views!

The condo was immaculately kept and beautifully decorated. The views from the balcony are stunning, we saw dolphins right from our room every day. We would absolutely stay here again in the future! Thank you again Ammey for the most perfect accommodations.

This is beautiful condo right on the beach. The views and location were perfect. Just park and walk to shops and restaurants and just a few steps to the beach! We enjoyed everything about this property. We will be back!!

Perfect accommodations!

This unit was great- beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect for the sunsets, shopping and dining. The beach is right out your door. We will be back!!

Great Location

Great location for all the action on Bridge St. Join the Moose Lodge before you come because it’s right next door and is a great place to hang out! The swimming pool isn’t useful, but you’re only a few steps away from the beach!

Great location on the beach!

Our first time to AMI. We loved the condo and the location. So nice to be right on the beach and also close to the fun on Bridge Street. We traveled around on the free trolley, and we all agreed that this was our favorite area. We were very comfortable with our family of four and my parents. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Relaxing beach stay

Enjoyed our time! Walkable to strip with food, shops, icecream. View from master room only if beach . Beautiful beach view from deck. Note that unable to have windows open even in winter time due to humidity levels . Was a really great place! Enjoyed our stay! Stocked with everything we needed !

Great location!

This condo is within walking distance of stores and restaurants! Condo was clean and did have some extra items to share ( sunscreen, paper products, shampoo). Had issue with one of beds and notified host who came right over and fixed issue. Beautiful place!!!

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay at this updated condo right on the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and games. The kitchen has everything you need. The views of the gulf are spectacular! It is in a great location where you can easily walk for ice cream, donuts, coffee, empanadas, gelato, lunch or dinner!

Great beach-front property!

Our family had a great stay in Bradenton Beach in this condo!! We stayed from December 31-January 4 and loved it. The condo is very nice, well stocked, and comfortable! Location is great, though it can be a bit noisy since it sits right on the Bridge Street traffic circle. The sports bar across the street has a lively atmosphere that went until 1 a.m. on New Years Eve - though I think that's later than usual. Overall, what a fantastic place to vacation!! Thanks so much!

Beyond pleased

We came in for just a couple days and wanted to be on the beach by Bridge street. This is a prime location with everything we needed to enjoy the beach without buying the extras or packing them. Beautiful condo, comfortable beds, enough room for plenty. The view is unmatched. Our friends came to visit for the day and plan to come back and stay themselves. This truly is a gem.

Beautiful Spot right on the beach!

This condo is great, nice and big and RIGHT on the beach! Sunset views are amazing from the master bedroom and living area! IT's right across the street from the main street, we walked to everything. A Little noisy on the weekend nights with the live music across the street but they shut it down at 10. Big checklist of things to do before check-out including cleaning even though there's a cleaning fee. The elevator was not working when we checked out.

Mini birthday get-away!

From the moment you walk through the door, you feel like you're in your own home. The condo's location is located right at the heart of all of the fun and entertainment of Ana Maria Island. The condo has most, if not all, of your necessities, in addition to the best ocean views. The owners are always available to assist in any way they can. If you have any issues, which we did not, Ammey is quick at responding and resolving any problem. We originally were going to stay through Wednesday, but we loved it so much, we extended our stay through Friday. Ammey, thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo; we will certainly be back.

A beautiful Condo in the Heart of Bradenton Beach

The location is fabulous for a family with teenagers like mine. You can walk to anything from a convenience store to a full service restaurant or the beach. It's loud because of the live music across the street but not so much that it is a deal breaker for us. The owners were great and made sure we had what we needed. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked as we made a full sit down Christmas dinner. Parking is right under the building and the screened in porch was our favorite place for coffee in the morning. The owners have beach chairs and towels you can use so all you need is a good book. We never even needed the trolley because there was so much we could walk to. The markets on Sunday were fun to visit. We highly recommend this condo!

Perfect location and beach access BUT...

My family and I have been staying in this complex for 9 years now. We come every January, usually in unit 2. We opted for unit 5 this time because the bunk beds are SUPER convenient for the kids. Everything was clean and it was very accommodating with beach toys and chairs. HOWEVER, we were told we were not allowed to open any windows or sliding doors due to humidity. The slider in the master actually has the lock broken off so you literally cannot open the door. We were informed after we arrived that if we leave the door or windows open it would actually alert the owners phone. For the price we paid for a weeks stay I was baffled that we were told we weren't allowed to listen to the waves at night or feel the breeze of the ocean at all. Instead there's sound machines in the bedrooms that are supposed to take the place of the actual ocean sounds, I guess? It was laughable that we were turning on a sound machine to the ocean waves setting instead of being able to crack a window and listen to the real thing. Why else would we want a beach front condo? We won't be renting the unit again. Run a dehumidifier and have the the cleaning company regularly treat for any mold problems. I understand the humidity of the area but telling your guests that they are not allowed to open the sliding doors or any windows when it's a beach front property is just ridiculous. It's too bad because otherwise it was perfect for the amount of people we had staying. We will be choosing different condos from here on out in the same complex instead.

Enjoyed our time, but would not choose again.

PROs: The owners were very responsive, the apartment was new, clean and in great shape. It was well equipped. The beach in front was beautiful. We could watch porpoises from the terrace. It's downtown location meant it was easy walking distance to lots of ice cream, bars and restaurants. CONs: It is located on a busy traffic circle, across from 2 bars blasting live music through speakers to drown out the traffic. The music stops around 10pm, but it is not a quiet beach getaway. It is really a downtown location. The owners and other reviewers gave warning about the music, but it the speakers made it louder and more intrusive than we expected. We have not been to Florida before, so it might be normal, but we were forbidden from opening the windows due to the central air conditioning. The windows were good sound proofing against the traffic, but it was a shame not to be able to hear the waves or smell the sea air. The windows and terrace doors had electric sensors that would inform the owners if you left them open, and there were many warning notices about financial penalties. It was vaguely creepy to be so monitored. All the mattresses and pillows had plastic protective under layers, which made loud wrinkly sounds and didn't breathe. They made the beds uncomfortable. I recognize they put them on to protect their beds, but I would never choose to sleep on them at home and certainly didn't like it on vacation. At the time of our visit, there was major construction happening just down the beach. As a result, there were lots of large trucks on the road, the beach to the south was closed off, and pile drivers were running all day.

Best Property Management

Everything was wonderful about the stay. Ammey was wonderful to work with and spelled out everything expected of us. Additionally, the property was well situated on the island, walking distance to all the shops and most restaurants.

Everything you need is provided

We had a great time at this property. First time to AMI and am glad we chose the Bradenton Beach area as the weather was a chilly so we had a lot to do around us on those days. The property has everything: cooler, ice packs, Tupperware, Pyrex with lids, all cooking items, beer coozies, a separate small beverage fridge, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. High chair, pack n play and crib were also provided. The primary bedroom has a closet big enough for the crib and a pocket door that can be closed so you can still be in bedroom if baby is sleeping. The noise at night was a little loud in the bedrooms toward the street but there are sound machines to block it. Also, the windows have blinds and black out shades which were great! The sunsets from the balcony were great and we saw weddings and listened to bagpipers on the beach during one sunset. We had a great time and it was the best stocked rental we have been to.

Condo was just like advertised and beautiful location right on the beach. Manager was quick to resolve small problems. Loved that we could walk to shops and ice cream shops.
