Great property. Thank you for presenting the house so well for us. Some decent kitchen knives and a wash-up sponge could help future guests. The property listing noted that linen was provided but the email from the property manager on the morning of our stay said in yellow highlight and capital letters that there was NO linen. In the end, the beds were all made and linen was there (thank you), but the miscommunication from the property manager caused some needless confusion and last-minute packing.

Dissappointing to receive additional charges after leaving the space clean and tidy. The direct charge showed up in our account without consent. No explanation. They made out we didnt clean the bbq. Sent pictures of a bbq that we had cleaned. We arent there to scrub their old burnt on stuff yet that seemed the expectation.

Stay at Crescent Head

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very nice place. Good position. Quiet, bedroom door would not lock / front door very difficult to open with key / no instructions for any appliances / garage door in need of a remote - a chore to open and shut / barbecue not used but very dirty./ had to get someone from Elders to connect Wi Fi - Instructions ???? No verbal contact is very poor.
