Brilliantly located three-level townhouse in the heart of Inverloch! Step outside and you’re on the main street, with cafés, shops, and the beach just a short stroll away.

This stylish townhouse offers 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, European laundry, and a spacious deck with stunning ocean views—a perfect getaway for couples or families.

The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with plenty of storage for all your beach gear. Upstairs, the master bedroom with a queen bed shares the floor with the living area and opens onto the deck, letting you soak in the coastal vistas.

The top floor hosts the second bedroom with a queen bed and a set of single bunks, offering incredible ocean views—a perfect spot for kids to relax or adults to unwind with a book.

Perfect position to get about the place

Great place for a couple or a family with young children. It is a small lounge area with a sofa to suit 2 or 3 people but the balcony is specious.The stairs are quite steep but manageable with a fair level of mobility.

Wonderful Inverloch

The property was located in the centre of the village so handy to shops, pubs, beach.My only complaint would be the stairs. Very dangerous for children and the elderly.

a great location

We enjoyed our stay but found the communication quite painful in the lead up to our stay. It was difficult to find pictures of the accomodation to plan for the stay. We did not realise there were two flights of stairs, which was an issue with a toddler. Luckily we bought baby gates just in case. The place could have been a bit cleaner. There were hairs in the bathroom when we arrived. If we were just a couple staying at this place it would have been different but I would not recommend with small kids.

We mention twice in the description of the property that it is over 3 levels as well as we have 3 photos of the stairs in the property's listing. Location was the best - across the road and through the park we were at the beach, and if you go behind the property and through the carpark you were at all types of shops. Carpark was tight for larger car (Kia carnival), one toilet located on the lounge/master bedroom level, ground level is the kitchen and very top level had another big bed with a set of bunks. 29 stairs in total and hard if you want family time as kitchen on different level to lounge/TV area. Very clean, great to have a washing machine but dryer was not working properly when we stayed. April 2025
