WiFi, Central Heat & Air, ceiling fans, Elevator access (near door), assigned parking, fully equipped kitchen, standard coffee maker, washer & dryer, and pool access. Linens not included, please call or order online while booking your reservation. No Pets. No Smoking. 2 night minimum rates available in Value - Resort Seasons. Please call our office to inquire. Condo was great, checkin and checkout old school

The condo was great, the checkin is very old school. Having to go by their office to get a code for the condo is not how must vacation rental companies operate…I rent on an annual basis and haven’t had to go by the place in over 5 years. Also the gift from tge rental company…a roll of toilet paper…seriously!!!

Good location, that’s about it

This condo was in a good location, right near stores and a short walk to the beach. Our stay started off bad due to our check in time being pushed back from the rental company. Per their email it was due to their wonderful cleaning. Once we were able to check in, as soon as we opened the door, you saw dirt and food on the floor. Once we reached the kitchen you could tell that the place had not been cleaned at all. The counters had food and crumbs, spill stains all down the cabinets, sticky spots on the floor. In the living room, there were gold fish, chips and dried shredded cheese on the carpet and coffee table. We started to just clean it up ourselves but when we attempted to vacuum, the machine smelled as it something died in it. The other issues was that the community pool was closed for most of our trip, the rental company stated that they did not know why it was and didn’t know how to get in touch with the HOA to find out why. We rented this condo based on the location and the fact it had a pool for my children. Overall horrible experience with the rental company, I think we would have enjoyed our stay if it wasn’t such an issue from the beginning. The condo was spacious and had a good layout but due to the rental company, I would not stay here again.

Wow we had a great time together as a family at Karen’s Island Retreat!

Beautiful condo, very clean. It was perfect it was close to the beach, the pool, shops, restaurants, parks. We had everything we needed to have the perfect family vacation. It was our families first vacation without my husband. My daughters dad and my grandchildrens Pawpaw. We made great memories and will definitely will be back! Karen’s Island Retreat is so beautiful, you will not be disappointed.
