The Space:

Nuestro apartamento se encuentra en el distrito de Pozos Colorados de Santa Marta a solo 300 metros de la playa Cabo Tortuga, y ofrece piscina al aire libre, centro de fitness, bar y salón compartido. El esdificio se encuentra frente a la playa y ofrece mesa de billar, ping pong y aparcamiento privado gratuito. Ademas cuenta un spa y centro de bienestar con sauna y bañera de hidromasajes, y con parque infantil, zona de playa privada y jardín.



El apartamento tiene 3 habitaciones equipadas con aire acondicionado y TV. con canales con cable, cocina equipada, con zona de lavores. El personal de la recepción 24 horas habla inglés y español.



El Acuario y Museo del Mar del Rodadero se encuentra a 5 km del alojamiento, mientras que el puerto deportivo de Santa Marta está a 8 km. El aeropuerto más cercano es el aeropuerto internacional Simón Bolívar, ubicado a 6 km

While staying at our high-rise 3BR Luxury Apartment, you’ll be treated to gorgeous ocean views and private relaxation areas.



Our apartment is located at the most prestigious building in El Laguito, recognized for all the activities it offers, beach access, gym, swimming pool, and jacuzzi.



On warm afternoons, go for a dip in the pool, and enjoy its surrounding deck with lounge chairs and tropical views that overlook the sea.



Step into the living room, it opens up to the balcony, perfectly blending the comforts of indoor and outdoor living. The decor is a mix of classy and contemporary styles with plush sofas. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. You’ll also find extra gadgets like a dishwasher and a coffee machine.



The beaches at Laguito are known for their variety of water sports. Sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, and surfing are popular on its beaches. If you prefer something more relaxed like taking in some sun on the sand, the nearest one is just 1 minute away.



Up to six (8) guests can stay on our property.

When registering it´s essencial to buy a bracelet for each guest for $50.000 cop (15 usd aprox) that will identify you and allow you to use the common areas

▪️To enter the apartment, you just need to arrive at the lobby of the building and register with your identity documents in physical.

▪️If there are guests who are minors and are not accompanied by their parents, they must present at reception an AUTHENTICATED permit from the parents, and original physical document of birth registration, otherwise they will not allow their entry.

▪️Due to building policies, visitors are not allowed in the apartment, parties or events, loud music that disturbs the other guests.
