This fully stocked and budget-friendly property is perfect for quick vacations or longer stays. This 3 bedroom/2-bathroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy access to the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils. Washer/dryer included. Sleeps 6 comfortably. The master suite has a queen bed. Other bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each. With fast internet, Smart TV for streaming, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and comfy beds, there's nothing this place is missing for a business trip, a quick getaway, or a long-term stay. Great location probably as close as you can get in an STR to Cloudland Canyon. It's cute and was a good size for my husband and 4yo & 7yo. Appreciated that the refrigerator had an ice maker and that the backyard has a fire pit. Some things were not in great repair- every time you use the water there's a loud banging in the walls that takes 2 minutes to go away, so not great if you need to use the restroom at night or in the early morning.

Clean home, amenities ok. Location was questionable when we first saw the home but after being there we felt safe. Front and back doors need better security locks, too easy to break into. Very old home with a nice interior paint. Ideal for a short term stay 2-3 days.

Cozy and Close to Everything

We had a great stay. The house was cozy, clean and close to pretty much everything. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. I recommend this cute getaway for any length of time.

Ruby falls get away

Cute little home in a quite neighborhood. Friendly neighborhood with lots of options for food and shopping near. Beds are very comfortable and lots of room to spread out.

The house was great. The only negative was that the beds were very firm, other than that it was close to chattanooga and the mountains around the area were beautiful.

Nice little place

Lovely place to stay, well maintained. Very clean!! It has everything you need! We actually walked to the store for groceries! Highly recomend it. Communicating with host was easy and always got back within minutes.

Nickajack fishing & Lineman Visit

I was down to fish a tournament on Nickajack and my nephew just started lineman school in Trenton. It was a perfect location for my wife and I, and his parents to visit him & close enough to the lake. Communication with Sage was top notch & would definitely book again if in the area.

Highly Recommend

This was a wonderful place. We were in town for sight seeing and a wedding. Within 5 minutes of the venue and 20 minutes from Cloudcanyon Sate Park and Raccoon Mountain. The area is peaceful and the beds were supper comfy. The house is furnished nicely. Few food places and a grocery store within 10 minutes. Would definetly stay here again if i get out there again.

Would not recommend

The communication with property management was fine, however there were several issues with the home. The smell was overpowering - not sure if it was animal urine or pesticide application; the toilet in the master bath would get stuck causing the macerating pump to run all night (sounded as if someone was banging on the floor literally every 2 minutes); holes in the wall; open spaces around front door; one air conditioner in living room - none in other areas; shower curtain liner missing in one bath and mildewy in the other. Only reason we did not seek lodging elsewhere was due to the short stay and proximity to people we were in the area to see.
