The guest house is above the 3-car garage and is appointed with the same luxury and decor of the main house. You enter through an outside entrance in to a shared lobby area with wet bar / coffee station and a shared bathroom. There is a bedroom on each side of the lobby: one king and one double-queen. This listing of course includes the boat house down at the lake and the 2-slip dock. Fontana Lake water levels are controlled by TVA dam operations. As such, water levels for lake access are usually sufficient only from May through October. Our concierge services can arrange boat or Jet-ski rentals for you.
