• PET FRIENDLY - STRICTLY OUTSIDE ONLY - fully enclosed yard. Guests are to ensure that their pet remains off any outside furniture and that all droppings in the backyard are picked up after before check out.

HEATING/COOLING
There is a gas heater and reverse cycle air conditioner in the living room. Ceiling fans and bar heaters are in all bedrooms.

All three bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, golf courses, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie.
Or why not enjoy a local wine or two accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter, all whilst watching your fury friend run around in the gorgeous backyard!

This home is located opposite Kinross Wolaroi and a short drive to the CBD, where you will spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, bars, parks shopping & more.

You will find some of Orange's best vineyards, cellar doors and gold courses just a short 10 minutes drive away.

BOOKING ENHANCEMENTS:
Two days prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to a form where you can request some additional items at an extra fee to make your stay even better! You can request enhancement such as an early check in or a late checkout or a bottle of locally produced wine on arrival. Let us know if you have any questions about this process at any stage!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.
