Summary:
This glorious home offers a relaxing oasis on the edge of Orange. Located just a short 5 minutes drive to the CBD, this spacious and serene space is just waiting to welcome you.

Complete with a swimming pool, tennis court, two large living areas, three cosy bedrooms and multiple outdoor spaces to relax with a glass of local wine and a book in hand overlooking the stunning, rural views.

We are certain our cosy home will make for the perfect base when visiting our region next.

Lounge/Dining: Cosy Loungeroom with Smart TV
Laundry: Washing Machine & Dryer with a separate third toilet.
Outdoors: BBQ and Outdoor furniture
Swimming Pool: Not heated
Tennis Court with rackets

Heating & Cooling:
Our home has a reverse cycle split system air conditioning, under floor heating in the main living & dining area. Also a woodfire to keep you cosy all year round.

Parking:
There is ample car parking on the property, a covered carport for 1 car, driveway parking for 3 cars & more parking down the driveway near the shed.

Linen:
High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

Amenities:
The home is well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

Wi-Fi:
High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay

The Neighborhood:
Located on the edge of town, you will feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle, nestled amongst the trees, whilst being only a 5 minutes drive to the Orange CBD.

Dudley Private Hospital, The PCYC Netball & Basketball Courts, ANZAC Park and the lovely Nile Street Cafe are a short 3 minutes drive away.

Once you reach the CBD, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, bars, parks, boutique shopping and more.

Some of our best cellar doors and wineries are just a short 10 minute drive away.

Weekend away

Amazing property we went for a weekend away from the city and spent the entire time at the property enjoying the tennis court,pool and beautiful gardens and outdoor areas, bar a couple of trips to the shops which are a short drive away the house was clean and had plenty of spaces for us to relax in (my partner and i) and for the kids to do their thing (3 teenage boys), even though we were close to all amenities the property feels secluded. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and all communication with the property manager quick, helpful and friendly. Would definatley stay at this property again next time we are in orange

Let us host your short weekend break to longer stays visiting a few towns on the holiday. There is no shortage of things to experience, be it relaxing by a fire, boutique cellar doors, historic sites, brilliant restaurants or have a chef cook for you at one of our properties!

We strive to take care of the property as if it is our own, maintaining the home, yard & enabling visitors to relax and enjoy themselves. We take pride in the homes we manage & ensure they are always presented well!
