!!!Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months)!!! The property just got built earlier this year and is being furnished by an interior designer. The property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will love it. It is very contemporary. It has its own private (plunge) pool. It can be heated (pool heating is not included in the price). The kitchen is fully equipped with all what you need (pots, pans, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher...). The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom attached. Going up the stairs, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite. The next room will have two twin beds with their own private bathroom. The home does come with a loft area upstairs. Your reservation gives you free access to the clubhouse (gym, pool, spa, game room). You will love the surroundings. The subdivision is an eco-friendly place (solar powered street lighting...). And it is so close to the stores (5 min drive) and to Disney (18 min drive). Don't wait before you book your next stay in the Orlando area.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

Came to Orlando for a cheerleading competition.

We loved the VRBO resident. Close to restaurants and shopping. We were in the pool every day. Thre house was decorated nicely and we had a washer & dryer.We would recommend this very highly!

Everything was great. My only complaint has nothing to do with the villa. The first night of our stay, we were next door (or maybe two doors down) from a group of that got quite rowdy with loud profanity and disruption from 10:00 p.m. until close to 11:45 p.m. The police were called because it was quite concerning. I never experienced that before and I always stay in this area because the homes are outstanding. So, minus the rowdy crowd, everything was great!

This was the perfect getaway for our vacation! Perfectly located to venture out shopping, restaurants and Disney World. The home was nice and clean in a quiet community. I would definitely stay here again. The host communicated in a timely manner when needed. The only complaint I had was the extra security steps that were needed that weren't asked for in the beginning. Other than that, my fiance and I enjoyed ourselves!

Good quiet neighborhood

Booked the day before on short notice, they were able to process everything in less than 24 hours. Property was clean and tidy and complex was quiet throughout our stay.

Absolutely perfect 🥰

Everything was so clean. Close drive to just about every restaurant you might crave, Walmart, and Starbucks. Very cozy ...can't say enough great things about property. Would definitely rent again!

Will definitely be back

Stayed for 2weeks, very spacious and clean. Safe quiet neighborhood that was easy to find. The property has absolutely everything you need and Disney animal kingdom is super close. I thought Clermont could have more shops and restaurants it looks like they are building it up though you definitely need a car in a 10-15 minute drive there is everything you could possibly need.

Home Away From Home, but Better

Great stay at Hidden Forest Drive. Such a nice townhome. Tucked away at the end of the drive, it's a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. The condo is new, clean and modern, exactly how it's listed. The location is perfect as it's centrally located to all of Orlando's attractions. Booking, check-in and leaving were all simple and efficient. Definitely a thumbs-up and we'll be staying here again!

Very nice

Had an overall nice experience! The only thing to note is that this place is not centrally located. It’s 20 mins from Disney which is why I picked it, but about 40 Universal and about an hour from the airport. I would suggest renting a car, wish I had!

Cute, clean & quiet

It was a very nice home; the neighborhood is quiet and easy to find. However, we found the master bed to be very uncomfortable with no box spring to support the mattress and the pillows were flat. I didn't sleep very well. Also, the toilet paper was of very poor quality.

Excellent Property

My daughter and I stayed at this property for a week as she recovered from Wisdom Teeth removal (she lives in Disney Housing, and I don't live in this area). This property Is better than described. The level of cleanliness was top notch. I am coming back in a few weeks and wanted to stay at this property again, however it is booked. I would highly recommend this home. The communication was excellent. Cannot say enough good things about this home and the property.

Amazing property in perfect location

We rented this property partly for a business trip but with a short holiday tagged on. The property was immaculate throughout. There was only two of us but the property was spacious enough for a group of six. The property was just as listed, the pictures on the listing accurately reflected the quality of the house. The location is perfect for the parks and there’s plenty of shopping nearby. The house itself is situated in a quiet neighbourhood which was perfect for us. My only criticism was that it would have benefited from more cooking pots, storage containers and tea towels. Not that everyone would worry about that on holiday!! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
