Family fun cabin

The cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. Super clean, cozy, and very homey. It felt safe and comfortable for teens and great for a family stay. Waking up to the amazing view of the lake and mountains made it even better. Such a peaceful spot we really enjoyed our time and would definitely come back.

2 - Fair

Below average. We spent over 3 hours to shovel and pull my car out of the driveway. They said they plowed that morning before we arrived but my photos say different. Seemed like the cabin isn't used often, as we had to fix a few things while on “vacation”

We had issues with the check in process - a neighbor was blocking the driveway, and then we were given the wrong code to gain access to the key. Inside, the house is spacious but wasn’t stocked with essentials we expected. No hand soap for the bathrooms, or trash bags.

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during check-in and the missing essentials. That’s certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. We’ve followed up with our team to ensure driveway access is monitored more closely and that the correct entry information is always provided. We’ve also reminded our housekeeping team to stock all essentials, including hand soap and trash bags. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother stay in the future.
