City of Winnipeg bylaw only allows 4 adults max in this unit.if you exceed the number of adults allowed you will be evicted. Entire condo is yours to enjoy to yourself! This upscale stunning unique two bedroom condo is located in the heart of Winnipeg's entertainment district. They location cannot be beat. Across from the Canada life center, steps from RBC convention centre and two of Winnipeg's most popular restaurants are in the building attach. This condo is equipped with Wi-Fi, a smart TV, for kitchen and a balcony. Parking is extra the building has an attached parkade. through me you can order a parking pass based on availability for $20 per day. We do not allow access to the building gym, theatre, lounge or rooftop. The skywalk is no longer available it’s been closed by the hotel Parkade has lots of parking STRA-2024-2528775

6 night stay - nicely appointed suite in downtown Winnipeg.

I traveled fro Calgary to Wpg to visit family and friends. The suite was great but could be amazing with a touch of tlc. The building is very secure and a 15 minute walk to the forks which was great for Canada Day.Excellent communication with the host.Ill stay again.

The location for a Jets game is perfect as it overlooks the arena and is a short couple minute walk. The beds are super comfortable as well as the pillows and bedding. Communication was really good as well and an easy check in and check out. Couple of things to be fixed in the condo that would be fairly easy, but those things didn’t have a negative impact on our stay.

Solid, safe accommodations. Would love to have a sampler of laundry soap to be included, as well as Kleenex. A few notes of where to buy coffee, snacks, etc. is not necessary but would have been helpful.

A great apartment in a central location

This is a very well-appointed apartment, just off Portage with good access to local transportation, restaurants, theatres and more. It would be ideal for hockey fans as it overlooks the arena. The Exchange District is a 10 minute walk away, a bonus.

Visited our dancing daughter

Nice walking distance to great restaurants and the river. Our host was very easy to communicate with. We couldn’t figure out how to use our parking pass and they came right away to show us in person rather than just messaging us. Would stay again for sure!

The property did not seem to be kept up well and needs a good bit of maintenance done. The lighting was not great and it would bot be great for a work staycation because there was not much work space.

The property was in a good location. Our communication with the host was disappointing. We had a hard time getting in to the condo as the code that was sent to us was not correct.

Great host and location. Needs better cleaning.

Let me start by saying the host was very nice and responsive. The location was great as it was right downtown - just be aware that you will have to deal with the sounds of sirens through the night. Only complaints are around the cleaning and prep of the place. We found old socks and a dirty towel under the bed as well as dryer lint on the floor throughout the condo. We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper in the unit for 4 people which we had to reach out to the host to address.

Probably our last stay at this property

Someone came into our room while we were sleeping and dropped off a remote! This should not have happened, even though the property manager said that nobody came in. How do you explain that we looked for this remote before going to bed. It was nowhere in sight until we awoke the following morning, this is illegal!

This is not true at all. The door didn’t open. The lock is electronic and can show every-time the door opened. Also who would come in the middle of the night to drop off a remote? All codes are delated after a stay and a new one is entered that is for current guest. No one opened the door. Also the cameras in the building show the same thing. The guest also didn’t leave. Stayed four nights with out a complaint. If you felt unsafe you should have left but didn’t do it clearly shows you overlooked the remote.

Deferred maintenance

There were good things about this stay and not good things, but overall everything that needed to work, did. Pros The unit is outfitted with modern appliances It was very clean There is a security guard at night The rooftop deck was very enjoyable (look for the chairs/cushions in the storage locker in one corner) Downtown amenities were all very walkable distances Cons -the hosts are not proactive in their communications -many lightbulbs throughout the unit were out (laundry room, stovetop light, 1 (of 3) in the bathroom, 2 (of 3) in the kitchen area). Each bedroom had exactly one lamp to light the entire room. Luckily those lightbulbs were working -1 panel of shades are missing. They cover part of the living room window and part of the bedroom window. Take your eyemasks!!! The windows are Eastern facing, so you get the morning sun. The remaining shades do prevent someone viewing thru them, but do not reduce the amount of light coming in -The shower head height cannot be adjusted as the tensioner switch is broken, but you can remove the wand to get water where you need it. -The bathroom door has a crack in it -We never got the TV to work (after corresponding with the host) as there was a network connection error. There is no user guide. We gave up as previous correspondence with the host had been unproductive -While the building is modern, the neighborhood is very sketchy at night. The local homeless encampment is 1.5 blocks away. (I'd tell more, but I'm out of room)
