Excellent. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and perfect for our group. The outside area was an added bonus with the lovely pool and the possibility to always find shade from the sun if needed. Great location too for trips into San Francisco and the various local vineyards. The owners’ communication was excellent with speedy responses and they were really happy to help us out with any requests.

Perfect for families!

Lily and Alex thought of everything! Instructions were very clear and organized. The house was very charming and loved the layout. It was a little too cold to take full advantage of the back yard, but would love to come back and experience all that the home has to offer. There was a great kids park about a block up the street, and the location was very central to the freeway and various amenities. 10 out of 10!!!!!

The house worked for our family but please consider upgrading all of your linens. The sheets and towels (both baths and kitchen) all need to be replaced with better quality and the color white. White lines ensure cleanliness. Also, please replace bedspreads/bed coverings with better quality and one color.

Gorgeous getaway Livermore

We love the property. It was a great landing spot for my family who visited for a reunion. Most of our time was spent at my house, but not for lacking facilities. The house is gorgeous and the garden pool fire pit area are all set up for a perfect holiday.

Amazing rental!

My family and I had the best stay at this beautiful home! The house was very clean and well stocked for our stay. We were able to enjoy the pool and the backyard, and we had a blast! We would absolutely stay here again if back in the area. Plenty of space for large families and groups.

This was exactly what we wanted.

I absolutely adored my stay. The house was everything shown in the pictures and more. The hosts welcomed us and provided such clear guidance on things to do, where to go, where to eat. There was great detail in giving this a vacation feel with added touches. My favorite part was how easy the clean up was the last day and the instructions made it clear and simple. The home is really just everything you need and very clean and crisp. We cannot wait to go back ! We have our mother in law who lives in Livermore and we are hoping to make this home our summer staple.

One of the best home rental experiences I've had!

I've stayed 20+ home rental properties during my travels. And this was probably the best overall experience yet. First off the communication was outstanding from the beginning. The host is very thoughtful and accommodating. Next, the location was perfect. Easy to find, and in a great neighborhood near plenty of stores and restaurants. As for the home itself: immaculate! It was extremely clean and everything was in excellent condition. The property is well maintained inside and out and even the decor is very appealing. I really love the open floor plan in the main room. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is very well is equipped. This home has every amenity you need for a comfortable vacation. I would stay here everytime I'm in town.

Great, warm and inviting. Backyard is super private and was set for bbq, sun, shade, a refreshing dip in an unheated pool, and chill time in the hammocks. The timed lighting outback made it festive. Kitchen well equipped, my only suggestion is to toss some of the older cookware as there were ample choices. kuerig machine works but didn’t quite get all of us through our morning caffeine fixes but we survived. We love our bean grinder and dripp brew. Pete’s & Starbucks is nearby as was anything else you wanted to do or see. Sunol & Pleasanton a quick drive away.rest of home comfy and open. A U-shape couch would be a good investment, but a non issue entire 4 nt stay. Quiet neighborhood, lite street traffic during day . We fit 2 lg. SUVs in driveway. Definitely a place to come home to and spend time with family. Hopefully next time I will get to use the fire pit and make them s’mores

Back yard had Lots of sunshine and proper shade umbrellas, family enjoyed hammocks, bbq. and picnic tables that were in shade during some of the day Kitchen has plenty of counter space to prep and layout buffet style spread. Lily &Alec were quick to respond all the way up through our stay. Nice touches to make you feel at home.

Heart of Livermore

This property has been remodeled and looks very similar to the online photos upon arrival. It's centrally located to shopping, restaurants, the freeway, etc. It's a great house for families. My only suggestion would be more/better seating in the living room as the only couch is small. Would be nice to have a sectional or another couch in the living room space.

The entire property was just lovely! The decor and finishes were darling. It was easy to check in. The rooms were nicely furnished, and the bedding was so comfortable! The rules were posted in a cute way, and the welcome note was super cute! We loved the entire trp.

Such a beautiful home!

By far the best place I’ve ever stayed at! Breath taking home that has everything you could need during your stay. The hosts have definitely thought of everything and even left a basket full of goodies including ingredients for s’mores to use at the fire pit! The perfect place for a summer staycation, 100/10 recommend!
