The best thing about the house were the number of bedrooms and bathrooms y our group stay. At first look, house seemed clean but within 2/3 days, we were seeing many bugs. (Mgmt says it is because of the recent drought and they were looking for water. However, these bugs were inside the house! The pool has a large leak and until the pool mgmt told us to keep the water on continuously so the pool’s filter could work properly, we were reluctant to swim in a dirty pool. The outside furniture has so many stains on the cushions, we would not sit on the chairs without towels. The furniture inside is outdated and uncomfortable to sit on. It should be noted the house is for sale and it appears the owners are not able/willing to keep up with things inside and outside of the home. The mgmt had the pool cleaners come once we called. When I told the mgmt about the above issues, they listened and wrote down our complaints. The mgmt company did respond quickly to our concerns unfortunately not much could be done during our stay.
