Your stay begins through a private gated courtyard, leading into a bright loft-style main living area where the kitchen, dining space, and living room flow together. The living room offers a comfortable sofa and loveseat centered around a large Smart TV, creating a relaxed space for movie nights or unwinding after a day exploring Mesa.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for group meals, with plenty of prep space and modern appliances. The dining area seats six indoors, while the nearby outdoor dining table allows the group to enjoy meals outside in the warm Arizona air.
Upstairs, the primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed, walk-in closet, dresser, and a private sitting area complete with a fireplace and TV. The en-suite bathroom provides additional comfort and privacy, making it the perfect place to relax at the end of the day.
Downstairs, three additional guest rooms provide flexible accommodations for families and larger groups. We strictly enforce a no-party or event policy. The City of Mesa has stringent noise regulations, and violations can result in fines and the removal of this listing from rental platforms.
A Ring Camera is located at the front of the house monitoring the driveway and front entry. This is used to monitor real occupancy and in emergency or disturbance situations only.
To maintain a peaceful environment, our property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system. This system only measures noise levels (in decibels) and does not record any sounds or conversations.
Please note, while our home has been updated, it was built in the mid-80s. Minor issues typical of a home of this age may arise, but we will promptly address any maintenance needs.
Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
