This renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental home offers five bedrooms, seasonal access to the seasonal Turtle Beach community pool, and multiple outdoor living areas. The home is an easy 2-minute walk to Kiawah Island's beautiful beach.

White picket fencing, a gracious front porch, and majestic oak trees welcome you into this charming Lowcountry home. An open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, kitchen, and dining areas. In the living area, spend time relaxing on the colorful sofas or watch TV with the family. The adjacent dining area has a long wooden table to enjoy meals, snacks, and board games. Open and airy, the light-filled kitchen will make cooking enjoyable with its crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space.

This renovated home offers five comfortable bedrooms and four full bathrooms. On the main floor, you will find the primary suite and two bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a TV, access to the screened porch, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A bedroom with two twin beds and convenient access to the full hall bathroom (shower/tub combo) rounds out the first floor. Upstairs you will find the remaining two bedrooms and a full hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, and TV, while the other has a queen-sized bed and access to a private balcony where peeks of the ocean can be visible.

Enjoy the ocean breezes from one of the home's outdoor areas. Unwind on the front porch in one of the rocking chairs or dine al fresco at the outdoor table. In the back of the home, a screened porch offers additional lounging and dining space.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Atlantic/Turtle Beach community pool. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

This property has a strict no pet policy.
