Kitchenette & Washer cum Dryer (clothes detergent is not provided) available in the studio. Basic kitchen essentials such as electric hob, mini-fridge , electric kettle, microwave, pot, pan and tablewares are provided. Only Light cooking is allowed.

Internet WIFI is provided - ideal for Internet Calls and Web Surfing.

The place and the neighbourhood are generally safe. There is a lift within the building and access into the premise is via a magnetic card & key.
