Bedroom enSuite bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. Also laundry facilities. Downstairs has three other bedrooms and full bath. 8’ x 48’ wrap around deck. BBQ and table for outside dining.
Private , secluded living space yet 3 minutes from Hubbards shopping mall.
It has a terrific view of all of the Bay with the Atlantic Ocean opening. CHECK IN IS at 4 pm DUE TO NUMEROUS INQUIRIES. CHECK OUT IS NOW 11 AM TO ALLOW 3 HOURS FOR CLEANING BETWEEN GUESTS

This place was just as described! Everything was fine and it was a great location as we were touring Oak Island the next day. Great location, and very quiet and peaceful. We even saw a mama deer with her baby in the field below!

We had a lovely stay at Calixto. Well located. We were 4 for 6 days and we used the 4 bedrooms. Beds were confortable. Lots of spices: watch the date was our mantras. Cleanliness: ok, could be better. We noticed issues with the water pressure, when 2 personnes taking showers at the same time, or simply using water at the same time. Communication is fast and efficient. He suggested some activities to do near by and beaches to visit. Have a brunch at Trillys, all homemade food and coming from regional farmers. Taste great!Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall great place to stay for the price ... The basement where 3 of the bedrooms are located smells quite musty ... Recommend they have dehumidifier running or keep their pump on the moisture setting to remove smell but beds comfortable everything you need was there....also recommend if you like ice in your drinks to pick up a bag on your way there, beautiful view from deck ...close to shore club and beach ...dont miss eggs bennie at trellis was very good

I had a group of 5 and the place was spacious for us. It's a very warm and stylish place. Calixto prepared a lot of clean towels and utensils for us. The film archive he owns is impressive. It'd be nicer if there were more fresh air in the basement.It's just a few minutes' drive to the beach and super close to the bay, access to gas station and restaurants is convenient too. I wish I could stay longer to use the nice kitchen and BBQ stove, as there is a great supply of condiments for cooking

Unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to really enjoy all the house had to offer. Great deck, we saw a baby porcupine chowing down on the vegetation. A red cardinal swooping past to say hi. Will definitely be back, but for longer
