Other than the middle bedroom being so tiny and dinning room chairs were in bad need of repair, our stay was wonderful.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. We love the size and location of the unit. It does need some updating and upgrades to the mattresses and tvs. The extra one bedroom unit (to give us 3 bedrooms) has had a “dirty” smell both times. That unit needs new carpet and the most updating of all. The Evolve Team is easy to work with, and we had no issues with check in or check out.

Great stay

Great location 10 to 15 minutes away from everything, easy to get in and out of. A lot of room in the condo kitchen has a lot of space to move around in compared to some.

Pros: The condo was as listed. It was convenient to everything. It was in a quiet neighborhood. There were enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. for the 5 nights we were there. The pool was clean and quiet. Cons: The mattress in the primary bedroom needs to be replaced. There are dips in the mattress where people sleep, and the middle is almost like a hill. The property manager, Melissa, was not helpful. The fire alarms went off the first morning that we were there (from no fault of our own), and I called her at 7am to see what we needed to do. She did not return my call until almost four hours later.

We had booked it for 7 nights and We were excited to stay here until we discovered that the studio/lock off room smelled of mold really bad! Our 24 hrs there was a nightmare! Spent it trying to get ahold of people to help us out-maintenance finally came and put an ionizer in the room which caused the whole condo to smell horrible and made several of us feel sick including my pregnant daughter in law. It took us 4 days to get a refund for the full week and it took us talking to Vrbo to get that taken care of. Evolve-the vacation rental management company did a horrible job communicating with us and left us feeling helpless! I would suggest never renting anything that has Evolve as the host! We were very thankful that VRBO got us our full refund and took care of the situation quickly! I wouldn’t stay in this unit unless you know 100% for sure that they’ve taken care of the mold smell.

Good location that is near everything in Branson but not in the heart. Quiet condo unit. The unit was clean when we arrived. But the mattresses in all 3 bedrooms are simply not fit for sleeping. Also, no hangars in any closets when we arrived (the manager was very responsive and got them to us later in the day after we checked in). No sponge for cleaning dishes. No body wash in the showers. Pool was closed. These are minor things, but the mattresses are a major issue.

Couples trip

It was as listed. The dining table was perfect for playing cards. Having no stairs for entry was great! We had read reviews about the mattress in the studio bedroom needing to be replaced but my husband and I both slept great on it all three nights so I guess it’s an individual opinion. It’s not as close to 76 as other condos we’ve stayed at but still very easy to get to every place we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the condo. I was afraid it might be too far away from attractions but it really wasn’t. Two bathrooms were en suite and the third was tucked back into an alcove with the third bedroom making it more private. I had read reviews about the bed in the studio suite being bad but my husband and I both said that we had the best 3 nights sleep we’ve had in a long time! The edges were too soft but I wish I had that bed at my house! It would have been nice if there had been more bar soap (what was there - liquid pumps- looked like it had been left from prior visitors) and a box of Kleenex would have been nice. Otherwise it was stocked with two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels, enough linen and plenty of kitchen items. The six of us would definitely stay there again as we love to play cards and the round dining table was great for that.

Wonderful location

Room arrangement was one of the best we've ever rented. The 3 bed/3 bath first floor, stepless entry was exactly what we hoped for. The bedroom arrangement was such that it was very quiet and soundless between rooms, and actually anyone in the living space did not disturb the those in bedrooms. Downside is pillows and a couple mattresses could be updated. Overall a pleasant stay

Great Branson Location

We loved the location as it seemed to be close to most everything and we did a lot of attractions. The beds need to be upgraded and only a few towels were available therefore we had to do laundry. Only one blanket and no throws available for sitting around and chilling in the condo. Ample space for a family and nice kitchen space.

Great location and size

We enjoyed our stay and loved that each bedroom had a private bathroom. The only reason for a low review was the bedroom in the studio needs a new mattress. When you sleep in that room the coiled mattress doesn’t provide a restful full nights sleep. The other two mattresses are perfect and look to be new. If you have a large family this is perfect!!

Beautiful Condo Great Location

Condo was absolutely spotless and in beautiful condition!! The location is great as you are minutes to downtown, shopping and Silver Dollar City. Will definitely book again if in the area.

Branson get away

The description and photos of the property were very accurate. The location was very handy to the main attractions in Branson. We were very pleased with the property. It was well above average and plenty of room for us to spread out. I didn't find a single negative item from the first look until the walk out the door. We would definitely rent again.

The Fann Family Vacation

There were 8 of us.My daughter & son in law and Their 2 children Madi & Luke their grandson Euryish who is 8 my granddaughter who is pregnant and her husband we went to Silver Dollar City, Top of the Rock, a boat with a slide. We all had so much fun. The condo was awesome! We all loved it but just one thing, the hideaway bed was uncomfortable. We would love to stay there again! Still give it 5 stars!!

Dance National Vacation

Perfect condo for our family get away. The extra room and bathroom was a nice add on for our stay. Very nice and clean. Everything we needed. Walk right out back door to pool area. Right across the street is driving range. Just minutes from The Landing. Highly recommend. We will be staying here again.
