Villa Information:
- Area: 500m2
- 4 bedrooms, 5WC + 1 karaoke room + living room + kitchen
- The villa is fully equipped with facilities such as: a garage, swimming pool, and a large garden with an outdoor dining table.
- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, BBQ oven... to organize a home party.
The Room rate includes:
- 10 bottles of 500ml complimentary water.
- Free use of swimming pool and in-room facilities.
- Provide housekeeping, sweeping, and mopping services.
Regulations:
- Maximum guest: 8 adults + 4 children.
- Additional surcharge: 400.000 VNĐ /adult, 200.000 VNĐ /child
- In the case of cleaning a lot, washing dishes is surcharged 300.000 VNĐ ~ 500.000 VNĐ
- Property deposit: 3 million VNĐ (when checking out, the furniture is free of charge and will be returned)
- Guests checking in should bring identification to check-in.
- Do not move the mattress to another location.
- No smoking in the house. (can smoke outdoor)
