The dining area comfortably seats six, and the cozy sitting area leads out to the alfresco deck—an ideal spot to unwind with a glass of wine while watching the children on the fully fenced lawn.

In the evenings, relax in the spacious living room on large, comfortable leather sofas and enjoy your favourite shows on TV. The home offers three well-presented bedrooms: the master with a Queen bed, walk-in robe (WIR), and ensuite; a second bedroom with a Queen bed; and a third bedroom with a tri-bunk, both with built-in robes (BIRs). The main bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower, and all linen and towels are provided for your convenience. A laundry with a washer and dryer is also available.

While the garage is unavailable, driveway parking is provided—please refrain from parking on the grass.

Nestled in a quiet street across from a reserve, this charming home offers peace and tranquility. A short 5min walk to Dolphin Point inlet for swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, surfing, or fishing. Only 5 minutes drive away is Ulladulla with the many amenities of a town, such as cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and boutiques. Just a few minutes further north is Mollymook, the lovely seaside village and beach with the famous Rick Stein at Bannisters, Bannisters Pavilion and the popular Gwylo fusion restaurant. Also nearby are wineries, a golf course and a spa.
