Escape to our spacious lake house, perfect for entertaining and comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Enjoy the spectacular lake view from the large deck off the dining room, complete with seating for outdoor dining and a BBQ.

Inside, the home features 5 bedrooms including a master with king-size bed, and 2 full bathrooms. The open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area boast a wood-burning fireplace, 65-inch smart TV, and plenty of windows to take in the natural beauty. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances.

Take a few steps down from the kitchen and you'll find a games room with a pool table, dry bar and a ping pong table to enjoy. The lower level also includes a well-equipped recreation room with a walk-out to the hot tub, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The kids will love the special space on the lower floor, featuring 2 sets of bunk beds.

Outdoors, our 2-acre lot offers plenty of space for yard games, and you can enjoy a bonfire by the water, relaxing on the dock, swimming or taking out our paddle boards or paddle boat on the lake. The property also has an outside sauna by the lake side for guest to relax.

In the winter, our guests have access to snowmobile trails right from the property, and the world-class Kivi Park is just up the road for cross-country skiing, skating, and snowshoeing. Make our lake house your ultimate getaway destination with all the added amenities to complete your stay!

The lake house is beautiful and our host was very helpful responding in minutes to our inquiries. The house was decorated for Christmas making our early family Xmas very festive. I honestly cannot think of anything that would have made our stay any better - incredibly well stocked kitchen, a spice rack that is better than what I have at home, Keurig coffee maker that takes pods or ground coffee towels and bedding are clean and soft, the hot tub was a huge hit with everyone, we did not use the sauna but it looks great, pool/ ping pong table was enjoyed by all. We had an all-age and abilities group, no access issues for those with walkers. Its a very short drive into Sudbury, 15 mins to get to the Walmart. We would love to stay here again!

For the most part, this property was perfect for our large family's summer vacation. There were minor glitches related to running out of dishwasher soap, compost bags, toilet paper (which they were unaware of as it was in the last two days of our stay). The upstairs bathroom could have used some hooks for our wet towels, as there were many of us staying there. The AC broke down which made it very uncomfortable, but they did what they could to fix it, but the fix required a specialized technician, who wasn't available during our last two days there. Otherwise, communication with the co-owner was great, and she was responsive.

The lake house met all of our expectations. We had a sizeable group ranging from age 4 to 94. Lots to do, great setting and super weather really helped. The sauna, followed by lake plunges (70F) off the dock were a real bonus. The house was very well stocked. We had a great time.

This is a family friendly lodging

Everyone in our group of 3 families enjoyed their stay. We wish spring would have come a little sooner so the dock was in and the water was warmer but the host doesn’t control the weather!

Family vacation

We recently finished our second stay at this property. We were 6 adults and 4 young children. The beach is ideal for young kids, and we spent part of every day enjoying the water. The kitchen is well equipped and quite spacious to accommodate large family meals. And finally, the owners are extremely responsive to any needs or simple questions. Would highly recommend this property for any family get away.

Family Weekend

We all had a wonderful stay. Everything that you could want or need was provided. There were toys for the children and activities for the adults. A perfect place to relax and have fun! I definitely would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on lake Lohi. The house was spacious and provided plenty of room for all the adults and children. The amenities were very complete and the owners provided all the kitchen equipment you would need. The area is quiet, and the most noise was the loons calling in the mornings. We did have a slight struggle with the WiFi and getting the tv to work properly, however the owners were very responsive to any needs and did their best to help us navigate the issue. The lakefront provided a safe and fun way for our grandkids to enjoy the water for hours as there was a substantial shallow area for them. We definitely plan to return again next year!

Beautiful, Clean, and Relaxing

A beautiful and clean home that’s quite relaxing and very spacious. The water views are fabulous. We played a lot of games while sitting out on the deck overlooking the water. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is a perfect size. While we were only a group of four people, this home is a also a great find for a larger group; there are a lot of beds and plenty of seating places. We would happily stay here again! Beautiful home! :)

Girls Weekend

We had an absolutely lovely weekend! The house and surrounding property is beautiful and everything is extremely well stocked. We were a group of nine women and we all had plenty of room! The hosts are also great at communicating prior to the stay as well as during the stay. I would highly recommend this listing for friends and families with children.

2023 couples sled trip

Our weekend was awesome we couldn’t ask for anything better the cottage was very well cleaned and well stocked for all our needs .The hot tub and sauna was a great relaxation after a day on the trails .the Beds are very comfortable The only thing was access to the OFSC trail was a little tricky but doable In all it was a great experience thanks to our hostess Danellie

Cozy winter stay

We had a really nice comfortable stay at Lohi Lake House. Our auntie gave HGTV worthy house tours as members of our group arrived - she was very impressed. Lots of thoughtful touches to make the stay easy for cooking, entertaining, and visiting.

Great Stay at Lohi Lake House!

We spent an early family Christmas at Lohi Lake House and had a marvellous time. The place was nicely decorated, spacious and well equipped. All rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds. The bonus of this place in winter time include the pool/ping pong table, the hot tub and the Nintendo Switch. Perfect set for all ages and stages of our family grouping.

We had a gathering of six siblings and spouses. Natalie was exceptional as was the property.

We stayed for three nights. Everything was five star. All of the amenities available were easily accessible and served to improve our groups enjoyment over the three days. I would rent from Natalie anytime as she was an exceptional resource and owner. You can tell these people care about the property and the people who rent it. The very best! Everyone had a great time.

A Beautiful Property

This was a property that stood out on many fronts. It’s cleanliness, accessibility and the amenities included were above our expectations. Everything was as was advertised and Natalie responded to any questions we had quickly. The sauna was a hit with our international visitors and despite the rain and cold weather, the lake was also utilized with the paddle boat and peddle boat included. We wish these hosts many more happy rentals. You will not be disappointed with this property. Quite the opposite! We hope to return as well.

Beautiful spot and beautiful home

We were able to get together as a family and had enough space to spread out and ha esome privacy and had ample space to come together and eat and play cards and games. Beautiful kitchen well supplied for making wonderful family meals

Lohi Lake Cottage

My family and I had an amazing and relaxing stay at Lohi lake cottage. It was very clean, was equipped with absolutely everything needed for a cottage stay, and the lake itself was perfect for swimming! Danielle was also very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had throughout our stay. Totally recommend it and we will definitely be back!
