Accommodating up to 5 guests, makes this 1 bedroom luxury cabin a perfect choice, for a COUPLES weekend, or even a Small family looking to Escape and check in on "Hochatime".

La Casita Sleeps 5 Guest, offering 1 King Bed, and 1 Sleeper Sofa. This Cabin is NOT pet friendly. NO EXCEPTIONS or EXCEEDING occupancy allowed.

La Casita

The cabin we stayed in had a refrigerator that was not working and it also had a sewer smell, becoming worse each day. After contacting the owner she was pleasant and put us in another cabin. No complaints about the Hideaway. We lived it and would stay there again in the future.

Clean but had issues

Property was clean. However the driveway to turn in was need attention. Big pot holes pulling in and before the bridge to get into the property. We arrived and found that the shower hot water was not working. The hot and cold water was not hooked up properly. Kitchen was nice and had coffee available.

Nice and clean. The bridge we crossed and road was rough though, I worried about my car. There was not a place to hang out close. The couch was not comfortable for sitting for long periods. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Fun Get Away

We stayed a La Casita the first night. It was a perfect one bedroom with bathroom and shower, washer and dryer. Kids slept in the living room/kitchen. Kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed to cook. It was very clean and perfect. There was a freeze our first night and the pipes froze. The manager immediately moved us to a larger property. The kids loved the hot tube. It was very clean also. Close to beaver’s bend state park where we hiked and fished.

Cute and cozy

Absolutely loved mi casita was super cute and cozy. Plus a great location kinda 1/2 way to the city and 1/2 way to beavers bend. Definitely recommend this location. Host was very friendly and quick to reply. Extra bonus on top you have the hot tub and grill near. You can bbq and relax in hot tub.

Never again

The worst place ever no TV hot in house furniture was from 70's .no freezer nothing in kitchen to clean up with,no closet or dresser so close had to stay in bag,no phone service called management no answer, WE WENT TO A HOTEL THAT'S HOW BAD

Roach infestation ..

First impression was great, cute little cabin, the washer and dryer was a nice plus. Until later that night when turning on lights and multiple roachs would scatter. We saw multiple over our two day stay. My boyfriend brought his xbox but we were too afraid to even leave it out! I rented this cabin and paid more than a hotel to avoid this issue to begin with. I didnt see any review stating a bug issue. DO NOT book this place until they treat it! Im praying none came home with us.

Perfect location

The cabin is just like the listing stated. Only thing I wish we had more of were rugs. There are none in the cabin and it’s laminate wood. It rained while we were there so it was messy and slick. One thing to look out for. The other cabin on the property is a lot closer than what the pictures make it seem. We had good neighbors so it was no big deal. It does look like they are planting a line of trees between the two cabins. That will make a huge difference. The communication was great. We got there late on a Friday and the hot tub wasn’t working. I was a little disappointed because I was really looking forward to it after our drive. But by morning they had someone out there and got it fixed. Another thing, the shower temps are opposite so I thought we had no hot water and took a cold shower lol The location is perfect. It’s mid point between the city and the tourist stuff. All in all, I would definitely stay again.

Nice quit spot

We really loved how quit and quaint this property is. The hot tub was very relaxing . Owner operator really needs to address the hot water situation in the shower though . The fastest shower I’ve had in a long time , the water never would get warm . Cold showers are ok in the summer but not when it’s 48 outside Overall no other complaints

Great stay

Had a little trouble finding it, but it was dark and raining, so not the host fault. Once we got there, it was good. Could use some nonslip adhesives in the shower, but other than that, all was good. Very nice cabin, very clean. Nice big refrigerator, but no freezer.?

Enjoyed our stay. Water needs to be hotter. Some dishes were dirty and there was food on the front door but overall a good stay. Would come again.

Loved this little place

We really liked the cabin itself and would definitely consider going back again as long as they adjust the water temperature in the shower. The water was barely warm at all. Also we were under the impression that it was secluded but when we arrived there was another rental property next door. It wasn’t a big deal because there wasn’t anyone staying there at the time but we wouldn’t want to rent if we had neighbors. And one more minor complaint is that on the confirmation email I received after booking said to email them if we wanted any special arrangements for a special occasion so I did send an email asking about that and I never got a response. Maybe they were just busy. I do not like to complain or leave bad reviews but I myself respect honest reviews. We had an amazing couple of days in this little cabin and loved every minute of it.

Gorgeous place!

The inside of the cabin was so gorgeous and the outside was peaceful! The only problem was finding it and getting into the drive way!
