Charming 3-bedroom, 2-full bath home very close to Downtown Holland's Restaurants, Family Activities (BAM!, Craig's Cruisers, Aquatic Center), the Beach, and SO MUCH MORE! You’ll love it because it has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay! One queen bedroom is located on the main floor, and the other two bedrooms are up a relatively steep flight of stairs. The house is great for corporate travelers, couples and families with kids. The house has hi-speed Wi-Fi with Amazon Fire Stick TV - NO cable. There is a gas grill in the garage, drip and Kuerig coffee pot, onsite laundry, as well as adirondack chairs for enjoying the back yard, and parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note, no overnight (2am-5am) street parking is allowed.

The house was immaculate, warm, and inviting. Although I didn't cook, the kitchen appeared well-stocked. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. Adam is a great host and is there when you need him.

Holds five adults at most. Should say NO 55 and over because of dangerous stairs to 2nd floor. They are too short for full footfall and too steep for older folks (which we were).Otherwise a good try with some decent remodeling of a 1905 house. No amenities. Would have liked an outdoor grill for example.

Enjoyed our stay in Holland

The house is on a quiet street, it's an easy 12ish minute walk to downtown Holland. House has small bedrooms and living room but was perfect for our needs. It was well appointed and provided extra supplies, spices, etc which was very nice to have. There are blinds on every window but a room darkening curtain in the downstairs bedroom would be welcome. Would stay here again, easy walk to the college and seminary.

The facility is everthing as advertised. An easy mile walk to the town center for all the festival activities.

Holiday travel

Very nice for what we wanted. We used the property as a place to sleep and have breakfast while we visited family in the area. It was very clean and it was close to our relatives.

Great location

Easy to work with property manager. House was clean, organized and was perfect for my sisters and i to enjoy the city of Holland. Will definitely come back.

GLIAC Getaway

Great long weekend with another swim family during the GLIAC conference meet. Kitchen was really well stocked and check-in and out process couldn't have been easier. Only reason I gave a 4-stars for cleanliness is because there was a few light bulbs burned out but nothing that hindered our stay. Communication with manager was also easy and he was very responsive. Overall definitely recommend!

Wonderful nice little house

Had a great time staying at this house. Not huge, but very clean and well stocked with anything needed for families. Close to downtown, shops, restaurants. Prompt and easy communication with owner / manager. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and homey

The house was wonderful, lots of room only thing was no yard furniture to enjoy the backyard. There were plastic chairs but were stacked and not clean. The neighborhood is deceiving. It looks to be regentrified. We took walks and the kids rode their scooters. There are no beach amenities so bring your own! We really enjoyed Holland and the beaches!!!
