Conveniently located to the shops in Lewes. Loved that the teens could walk to get coffee and ice cream. The house was clean and well appointed. Some supplies were provided (dishwasher tablets, soap, laundry detergent), enough for a few days. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great property, great location. We didn’t realize the main bedroom was on the 3rd floor…many steps to get there, but all in all a wonderful house. We loved having two sitting rooms. The other half of the duplex allows pets, so we heard dogs barking throughout the week, but for us it wasn’t a problem.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Perfect place! Great location and walking distance to restaurants and waterfront. Plenty of room for 4 couples on a weekend trip for us. Huge backyard with seating and a deck. Bedrooms and common areas were bigger than expected and the kitchen was spacious and upgraded. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

We had a lovely stay in this very clean property located in a quiet neighborhood! The location was perfect, a very short walk to the downtown shops and most importantly, a straight shot to King’s Ice Cream Access to the Georgetown trail is also not far. While we felt the kitchen could have been stocked a bit more fully and there were some very minor maintenance issues, the size held our party of 10 well and it was great to have the option of sitting outside on the porch for dinners, etc. We would go back!

Lewes during a tropical cyclone

Three couples stayed at the house where it rained all weekend: the house was perfect. It is so close to restaurants and shopping that we just walked there despite the rain. Very quiet neighborhood. House had everything we needed, and lots of space for the six of us. In the future this will be our go-to location to rent in Lewes.

Beautiful, comfortable home

Loved the location and house. Very cool old home, but clean and comfortable. The internet was not good, and unfortunately my husband had to do some work at the Lewes library. Other than that, great rental.

Weekend getaway

This house was great! Location was in walking distance of all the shops, coffee shops and restaurants. We did however have 2 elderly people and I’d say this might not be ideal for those who have trouble navigating steps. They stayed on the first floor where the couch has a pullout sofa. Not the most comfortable but a nice option instead of taking the steps and it did have a bathroom adjacent. The kitchen was well appointed. The furnishings were all very nice and the outside area was also a plus. I would definitely rent this house again and I look forward to another visit to Lewes.
