Upper level master has king bed, sliders opening to private deck and beautiful full bath with custom walk in shower. Two more bedrooms with queen beds complete this floor and share an additional full bath. The lower level is a kids dream - they won't want to leave the custom playhouse, dual bunk beds and family room with flat screen TV. There is an additional queen bedroom on this level.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
