Bay Forest features three pools, a waterpark which includes two slides, a lazy river, and a lap pool plus separate tot pool for little ones! There is also basketball and volleyball courts, fitness center, tennis courts, nature trails and biking paths, playgrounds, beach shuttle and crabbing pier. Bay Forest community fee ($150.00) per reservation (not optional) prior to arrival. If using the amenities (optional), the cost is $50.00 per person ages 5 and up (limited to 6 passes). Guest must complete Bay Forest community registration form and pay $150 registration fee + $50 per pass/person to use the pool. Off season weekends available.
