Followers of Banksy will love his art displayed throughout this renovated 7th floor apartment. Bright and thought provoking it blends beautifully with the all new decor and furnishings.

Panoramic views from the balcony, windows and walkway of Fremantle.

Fabulously located a short walk from the cappuccino strip of Fremantle the location is ideal as a tourism base for singles and couples.

Step inside to the open plan kitchen and living area with breakfast bar/work zone. Fully self contained with comfortable leather lounge, 65 inch wall hung smart tv and portable heater plus everything you need to cook at home.

The 7th floor balcony provides panoramic views whilst relaxing and enjoying the 'Freo Doctor' sea breezes.

A queen bed with fresh linen and wardrobe space sits alongside the ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.

Off street gated parking for one car. Gated pedestrian access.

On site pay per use washing machines and dryers on the ground floor.

NB: Please be advised that Heritage Group have been engaged to replace wall ties in the external lift well walls. The works are scheduled from Wednesday the 22nd to Friday the 24th of February from 8 am until 2 pm approximately. There will be noise transference throughout the buildings and walkways during this time. In order to make room for the access equipment there will be parking restrictions close to the building.
Please avoid parking in those car bays

We didn’t stay at the property after reviewing the location and the practicality of access. Inside the property was Ok, however we didn’t stay after entering and reviewing the building.

Arundel St Flat

I stayed here for 11 days recently. The flat is well located between South Fremantle and the center of Fremantle. There are loads of cafes, bars and restaurants close by in both directions. The flat itself is well appointed with pretty much everything you need. The bed is comfy and there was a duvet and blanket, which I was grateful for, because it was cold while I was there. There is secure parking at the back of the property. There is some noise on the weekends, mainly from people getting home from the nearby pubs and bars, but it wasn't all that bad. The only improvement I would make is to the hot water system, which is not that hot, so it was a little chilly taking showers. But if you visit in the warmer months this would not be an issue. I would stay there again.

Perfect spot in Freo

This apartment was perfect for us – walking distance to all of central Fremantle, including the train station and ferry terminal. Checking in and out was totally smooth, as was use of the carpark. Next time we visit Freo this will be our first look for accommodation.

A few things to see and do in Fremantle:
The Roundhouse
The oldest building still standing in Western Australia today is the twelve-sided Roundhouse. The first permanent building to have been built in the Swan River Colony in the late 1830s, this building offers stunning views over Bathers Beach and the Indian Ocean.
Fremantle Prison
Holding a fascinating history built as a high-security prison by convicts, the Fremantle Prison is one of Western Australia’s most significant cultural attractions. Opened to the public in 1992, this building has since offered tours that will take you through the chambers and the history of this icon.
Fremantle Arts Centre

Fremantle is a very walkable city and best explored on foot.

A free CAT bus loops from the Fremantle train station on a north/south basis every 20 minutes so you can jump on/off every day of the week. A CAT bus stop is directly across the road from the apartment.

For those exploring further afield, the train is a quick 30 minute ride to Perth City. Be sure to visit the West Australian Art Gallery and West Australian Museum!
