Admire the amazing panoramic view of the ocean and relax listening to the waves in this calm, stylish space. Set in a new subdivision above the beach, the large flat section
offers amazing views of the Pacific Ocean.
Our new 2022 built beach house has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, and for you to enjoy the expansive sea views. A short walk will get you to the unspoiled beach which stretches for miles. Toko Mouth is the best kept secret with so much to offer! 60 minutes to Dunedin for shopping and it’s popular attractions. 15 minutes from Milton for the essentials and a picturesque 50 minutes drive to The Catlins. The house has everything you need for a home away from home experience. The bedrooms all have new beds and radiators including electric blankets for those cooler. South Island nights. We have a smart TV with Freeview, Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime available for your enjoyment.
For cancellations due to travel restrictions related to Covid-19, we offer a free credit to change your date.

Wonderful secluded retreat near the ocean - almost new condition - has everything you could want in terms of amenities and short walk to a remote beach with so few people you will likely not see anyone else. Beaches are not for swimming - but for walking and admiring the ocean. Great place to recharge and relax. There is a gravel road off the highway to access the property (drive takes about 20 mins but conditions is good).

Relaxing

We came down for a concert and all four of agreed we would stay again. The house was so nice, clean and tidy and had everything you need. Its worth the little but longer in the car. Listening to the beach, peace and quiet! I will be recommending this to others and already have plans to return for a break but i longer stay this time! 10 out of 10 we loved it! Thank you so much!!
