Wi-Fi connected Smart TVs throughout the house in common areas and some bedrooms.

There are 7 bedrooms, and three bathrooms throughout. One King bedroom and an ensuite bathroom can be found on the main level. The second floor has five Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom, plus laundry room with washer and dryer. The basement has a large living room with comfortable seating, a quiet reading nooks, an office desk, chair and printer on request, another King bedroom and a half bathroom. Outside the house enjoy further amenities like comfortable deck conversational pieces, lounger chairs and outdoor sectionals surrounding the heated outdoor pool, fire pit, BBQ and hot tub.

Mike’s House is only 10 minutes from Charlottetown and 10 minutes from Brookvale Provincial Ski Park.
