Just minutes from Greens Pool, Elephant Rocks, and William Bay National Park, this beautifully decorated home on 5 tranquil acres offers a peaceful retreat in Denmark.

Located just 14 minutes from town, you’re close to local attractions, restaurants, wineries, and breweries, including The Dam Distillery (5 minutes away) and Pepper & Salt Restaurant (10 minutes).

KEY FEATURES:
- Prime location near Greens Pool, Elephant Rocks, and William Bay National Park

- Spacious and light-filled home passive solar designed home. Capturing the sun’s low rays in winter & deflecting the sun’s high rays in summer to naturally warm & cool the interior.

- Double-sided wood fireplace & ceiling fans in the bedrooms for year-round comfort

- Polished timber floors and spacious living areas with a large lounge featuring a Smart TV

- Well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee pod machine for your convenience

- Two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with a single bed and trundle (for children only)

- Master bedroom with private ensuite & bath for added privacy

- Separate activity room designed for kids’ entertainment with games & DVD player/DVD's

- Expansive bushland for exploring, playing cricket, and spotting kangaroos

- Free Wi-Fi available for staying connected

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• One of the beds is a trundle bed for child use only.
The bed configuration is 2 x Queen, 1 Single & 1 pull out Trundle (under the single bed).
For this reason, the property sleeps a max of 5 adults.
• Mobile phone reception is limited: Telstra booster which enables Telstra reception only. Alternatively you can use the Wi-Fi to call & send messages.
• Main lounge TV offers Smart TV streaming services; the second TV is for DVD use only
• All linen provided except beach towels and portacot linen
• No pets, Leavers/Schoolies bookings
• Making of outside fires is strictly prohibited due to fire safety regulations.
• Minimum stay is 3 nights standard periods and 5-7 nights in peak, school holiday periods.

Wonderful

Completely wonderful stay in Parrydise. The thoughtful kitchen utensils/crockery were much appreciated. Came home reluctantly but felt we were very much spoilt.

A touch of paradise!

Thank you - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, immaculate and spacious property. The photos lived up to expectation and the home even bigger than expected. ideally located and close to everything we needed yet remote and tranquil. A pity we couldn't stay longer.

Loved the property. Close to Greens Pool and close enough to town and to all that is Denmark to make for a great time. House is well appointed with creature comforts. The beds were really comfortable!

Great place so close to forests and beaches, waking up to kangaroos on front lawn and birds of all sorts. Snugging up on the chimney during rainy days.

My partner and I have stayed in many holiday homes over the years, and Parrydise would hands down be one of, if not, the best we’ve stayed at! An absolutely beautifully renovated property in the middle of quiet, peaceful bushland and located within 5 minutes drive to Greens Pool & Elephant rocks. Parrydise is an absolute credit to the owners and management. A huge spacious home, extremely comfortable beds, massive kitchen with everything you could need, cozy wood fire, and a bottle of local wine as a lovely touch on arrival. We genuinely can’t fault Parrydise and cannot wait to come back for our next relaxing stay in the future! Thank you and see you soon!

This place was absolute paradise. High end furnishings, comfortable, pristine surroundings. It’s about a 10 minute drive out of Denmark town but very close to greens pool & elephant rocks. Excellent in house information, comfortable beds. There is no wifi or mobile reception (which meant we talked, played games and read books) Kangaroos & birds every morning & evening which the kids loved. We are already planning our return visit. Loved everything about it & wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it.
