The mattress pad in the bedroom, closest to the pool was heavily stained with what looked like pee and bodily fluids. There was no mattress pad to change it out, so we just put two fitted sheets over the bed. The dryer condenser was completely packed with wet lint and had to be dug out in order for the dryer to work properly.. when we first checked in, we discovered two roaches. We didn’t find any more but there was a can of roach spray there. The pet area never has the pet poop picked up. You can’t walk through the grass without walking on old poop. You can’t even take a step without stepping on poop. Everything else was fine, but dirty mattress cover was disgusting!

Disappointing Stay

The instructions to the property and check-in were very good. The location of the unit is nice, with a grassy area off the porch, and beach access extremely close. The general cleanliness and condition of the rental, however, was unexpected and greatly disappointing. So much so, we left two nights early, even though they were paid for. I have never been in a vacation rental in such poor condition, so dirty, and so disorganized. The unit needs an overhaul and updating as multiple things are broken including the main shower door, linen closet door, and nightstand light in second bedroom. The primary had a noisy ceiling fan, and an old bed with aged, worn sheets that continuously slipped off, making sleep difficult.I do not recommend this unit as it is. Hopefully, there will be some much needed updates and repairs. At the bare minimum, it needs a deep cleaning throughout, with special focus on the kitchen drawers and cabinets, which were dirty and in disarray.

Great Condo!

This condo is beachy, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Locations of ground floor was super convenient to pool & beach. We watched rocket launches from beach! Quiet neighborhood but short drive to shopping, dining, & Pier. Host was very helpful & quick to respond! Definitely return!

Spring break 2024

Great location to enjoy the Kennedy Space center. About 45 minutes to Orlando and Disney. We frequented them all. Enjoyed the beach and pool. Was impressed with the condo and the amount of TP, paper towels, cleaning supplies etc available. The description states it only has a starter amount but it was much more than what I have had at other properties. The cleanliness and rooms were perfect. The only thing I would have preferred different would be the coffee maker. I had to make a pot every day for my one cup of coffee. A Keurig would be a better option. I did like that there were instructions for each of the appliances available for use. I reported the lights were not working in the master bedroom. The manager contacted maintenance immediately and they showed up to change the bulbs. I was just going to buy some but they took care of it. The manager was on top of things when she was informed of an issue. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working most of the week but we were on a ground floor condo so it didn’t affect us. Except when we wanted to visit friends staying on the 9th. Once she was informed of the issue, the repairmen were there the next day working on it. They are also in the process of installing a second elevator for use. I did have an issue with the lock box. It seems to be very ancient and was difficult to to see the numbers. I have heard this is also being updated soon which will be a wonderful upgrade to the property. Thanks so much

Loved the location!

This condo was conveniently located to both the activities in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. The condo is on the ground floor with easy access to both the pool and the beach. The condo was very clean and had all the essentials that we needed such as washing detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Great ground floor condo

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The condo was exactly as described. On the ground floor, it was easy access to the pool & beach. Also very convenient for our 2 dogs. The place was clean, couch super comfy, all TV streaming services you could imagine. Communication with Kelsy, the property manager was quick & effective. Definitely recommend!

My family and I spent Feb. 2023 at this wonderful rental. The condo was exactly as viewed in photos. The condo was very clean and well supplied. We enjoyed the pool area, as well as, the ocean beach. EVERYTHING was GREAT!

Great property!

Very clean condo and really close to the beach and pool! Everything you need to cook from home or go out to eat with great restaurants only a few minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!
