Entering on the main level, you are welcomed into the spacious lounge and dining room which opens onto a private balcony with views to the ocean and the Noosa hinterland. A new kitchen with every amenity beckons you to prepare your own meals. There is even a stylish bar with built in wine fridge. Fixtures and fittings are the excellent quality. There is a Zip Tap for cold and hot water, plus a Nespresso machine.
Beautiful comfortable bedding awaits you downstairs, with the twin rooms being able to be made up as Kings on request. All bedrooms open onto either a courtyard patio or off the master a screened patio surrounded with lush greenery.
The Rise features a secure undercover parking garage with an elevator to The Verde level where apartment 11 is located. A fabulous, large heated swimming pool is also available for guests.
