My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Sedona home. The fully fenced backyard was our favorite feature—our pup Jubilee could run around safely while we relaxed. The yard is thoughtfully set up with comfortable furniture and a grill, making it the perfect spot for evening hang‑outs after a day of exploring the red rocks.Inside, everything was spotless and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which made it easy to unwind, and check‑in was a breeze with clear instructions and a keyless entry. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great outdoor space (especially for dogs), this house is a fantastic choice. We’d happily book again!

Awesome, awesome, awesome (and dog friendly)

This home is truly the perfect location if you don't want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Uptown Sedona. It's so close to Chapel Rock, you can see the chapel as you come and go, and it only takes about 15 minutes to get to Uptown. We received extremely quick responses from the owners, and they even left us a bottle of wine to welcome us.Our dogs liked going around in the fully-closed backyard exploring. What an excellent location, place, and what lovely owners. I would stay there again.

We had a very peaceful stay for our first trip to Sedona. The views from the property were great and since we traveled with our dog, it was nice having quick access to trails to take her hiking.

Excellent location and very clean home

This lovely home sits happily in a quiet neighborhood about 4 miles out of town off of highway 179, yet it takes no time at all to get to the main streets of Sedona. We particularly liked being away from noise and a crush of tourists. The king bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was easy to use for making our meals (you may wish to bring your favorite spices if you are going to do a lot of cooking), and was well equipped with cookware, appliances and utensils. The spacious backyard was perfect for our two mini golden doodles. Being able to park in the garage was a plus. One item that was disappointing was that the home is advertized as having two fireplaces, but the homeowner informed us that we couldn't use either of them; February mornings and evenings in Sedona are cold and a nice fire would have been wonderful...The sunroom is a cool addition to the home but we opted not to use it...The property contact, a gracious young woman who lives nearby, was very helpful and accessible. In our 30 years of booking through VRBO, we have been most successful and satisfied dealing directly with the host/homeowner; in this case, there is an out of state management company and the booking process is vague and unclear. Be sure that if you are traveling with dogs, that you pay attention to the details in the booking and that your dogs are mentioned so the booking is clear and concise.

Awesome Home & Location!

Absolutely loved the privacy of the location, the walkability of the beautiful neighborhood, and easy access to town. Views from the front and back yard were outstanding and it was a short walk to Chapel on the Hill to avoid all the traffic/parking issues. The home was perfectly appointed with everything we needed, bed/bedding was incredibly comfy and our dogs LOVED the spacious back yard. We also graciously enjoyed the delicious bottle of local wine that welcomed our arrival! A few bonus highlights was watching the little family of Javelina's stroll through the lot across the street one morning, a beautiful buck trot down the street one afternoon, and the serenade of the birds in the surrounding trees while enjoying time on the lovely patio to sip our coffee or watch the sunset. Truly enjoyed everything about this home! We would not only rent again, but highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Sedona area.

Great weekend stay

My husband, sister in law, her fiance, and I stayed here for a weekend trip with our dogs! The property was clean and perfect for our group. The backyard was huge which was great for the dogs and we were walking distance from plenty of trails. We were close to downtown, but still far enough away to not get too caught in the traffic. The owners helped communicate quick. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property!

This was a nice place to stay. The only real issue we had was the crazy amount of mosquitoes on the property- hanging in the backyard was not an option because of that. There is a little bit of standing water in the backyard which could contribute to the problem. The house was very clean and we loved the games and books for the kids!

Well Equipped Family Friendly Home

We had a great stay at this property. Kitchen is well equipped to cook and eat meals at home. Bathrooms have plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Outdoor space was nice, although there was some standing water which made mosquitoes a bit of a problem so we unfortunately couldn’t be outside as much as we would have liked. Also one of the back doors was unlocked when we checked in and could not be locked. This was a known issue when we texted the host and the solution was to take a wooden pole out of the closet and wedge it in the track. The location was great. You’re able to walk to the mystic trail head.

Location Location Location

Great property, great amenities (including some snacks and wine!), absolutely great neighborhood near Chapel of the Holy Cross, and both Oak Creek and Sedona tourist attractions. The garage was empty and available for use, there some convenient additions in the kitchen that were missing in other properties (like coffee, cooking oil and condiments, etc.), and washer/dryer available for use. Really wonderful property. Would stay again.

Comfy, Cozy and a Great Location!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was great as it was a short drive to the main shopping area as well as many hikes, including Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock (which were gorgeous!). The beds were comfortable and we especially enjoyed the spacious backyard (which was great for a little stargazing in the evening).

Great home in a great neighborhood

We had a wonderful week in Sedona. The home is clean and really well equipped. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. The cookware was new and great quality. The beds were really comfortable. The sheets and towels were luxurious. We walked to the trailheads for every hike we went on, e.g. Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock Pathway, Mystic Trail. And it’s just close enough to both Oak Creek and downtown Sedona. We had a great stay!

Nice house but we had a few issues

House is in a quiet neighborhood — clean, spacious, comfortable, well stocked. Reasonable value for money. We did have a few problems — check in instructions were incorrect, code was not set to our phone number; we couldn’t reach Evolve, thankfully the owner responded after a few calls and gave us the correct code. The internet also did not work throughout our stay. Those were pretty significant negatives in the experience, I’m between 3 and 4 stars overall. Hopefully it goes better for future guests.

Quick weekend

This property had plenty of room for our family of teens and adults. Conveniently, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, some pain medication, laundry soap, and coffee was provided. We appreciated that there were doors between the living room (with TWO pull out couches) and the kitchen, and also the hallways! Convenient location, nicely appointed, extra bedding brought promptly. The only drawback was that the Internet was out for our entire stay, so we couldn't use the TV.

AZ get away

Clean, tidy home in wonderfully quiet residential neighborhood south of Sedona. Great access to red rock trails just out the back door. Relaxing and restorative. We would be delighted to stay at the property again.
