To stay here all you need is your clothes and food. We have everything you need and more.

The space
A beautiful, freshly renovated, friendly and usable house for the whole or multiple families including your fur babies. This place is 100% pet friendly. Your fur babies are welcome in the house. We do however ask that you please be respectful and clean up after your pets. Baggies are supplied on a hook in the laundry.

Beds will always be made up for you. Who wants to work when they arrive at a holiday destination. Unpacking the car is enough.

Motorcycle access to rear yard to park bikes off street.

There is a pram,change table, portacot and high chair. There is no bath at this property, however there is a baby bath.

Outside we have a beautiful pergola including table and chairs with 4 burner hot plate BBQ, bar fridge and a coonara wood heater with walls to keep the wind and rain out. There are tables outside, i do not provide table cloths for these. Outdoor TV is only viewable via chromecast. No free to air access outside.

Large Reverse cycle split system. There are two oil heaters in the games cupboard if required.

Free fantastic speed internet Wi Fi.
Please do not change the names of the TV’s. This will result with an additional charge for IT to attend.
Google Chromecast in all televisions. Two televisions, Living room and bedroom 4 have aerial cables for free to air TV the remainder are chromecast only.

There's plenty of board games as well as jigsaw puzzles for creating life long memories with your friends and families.

The table in the dining room is extendable for large groups.

We supply coffee, tea, sugar and toilet paper for short visits, but for longer stays you will be required to top up at your own cost.

There is a fire pit in the yard. As it is open flame local fire restrictions apply.I supply a small amount of firewood for one fire along with some kindling and firestarters. More can be purchased from the bp service station at the round about before you turn down settlement rd. Please ensure you adhere to local fire laws.

"Our Place" is close enough drive to Cowes to be convenient, yet far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of tourism.

There is a boat ramp 3 minute drive from the house.

Please note to avoid additional charges, all used dishes must be cleaned and put away along with cleaning the stove and BBQ (if used). Please follow the checklist provided on the fridge.
The place is yours to enjoy and love as much as we do!
Guest access
Lock box key entry. Code will be sent 12pm on day of check in.

On checkout place the key back in the lock box and spin the numbers please.

We need to be informed of ALL pets that are coming to the house. Name and breed included.

1 240 litre recycle bin and 1 120 litre garbage bin supplied. Additional garbage needs to taken with you or a fee can be paid. This needs to be organised throughout your stay. Just send me a text 😊.

TV’s in the living room and front bedroom have aerial cables. The other rooms are only useable via chrome cast.

I have a sun tent that you are welcome to use. Please pack it up if used.

A first aid supply is in the top of the pantry cupboard for your convenience. I would appreciate you replace what you use on your next trip to the shops.
Scissors and tweezers will be sanitized between each booking.
