A very nice property conveniently located with very easy access to all of the Disney properties. The check in process was extremely easy, the resort grounds were clean and well kept, the unit itself felt brand new and was completely clean and stocked upon arrival. For a family of five - two adults, three pre-teenage children, it was plenty of room and felt like we were staying at a small home. We used the full kitchen daily, and never felt cramped even with 5 occupants. The only issues we experienced were really minor - at check-in we were told we would have fireworks views, and our view was almost completely obstructed by palm trees (not a big deal as most evenings we were at the parks anyways). The exterior of the building we were assigned was under construction, and had we not been out and about most of the day and had rain not impacted the ability to work the construction noise would have been a bigger issue. It appears that most of the work is nearing completion so shouldn't be a problem much longer or going forward, though. And finally, the scent being pumped through the air vents was not unpleasant, but was extremely strong. It might have been this way to mask the newly installed carpets or other upgrades, but the intensity level could definitely be dialed back. In all, a great location for those that don't want to spend an absurd amount of money to stay at the parks, while still having very easy access to all of the parks!
