This beautiful 3,157 sq. ft. villa features a private pool with spillover spa, a game room with professional arcades, an entertaining loft, and two themed kids' bedrooms. Golden Dream is perfect for your family getaway and is minutes from the heart of the theme parks and local attractions.

Rich tones and modern, rustic charm greet you as you step into Golden Dream's large open concept living area. Gather together on the comfortable leather sectional sofa and watch your favorite TV show. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, makes preparing meals a delight. The dining room table offers seating for 8 and the breakfast bar provides additional seating for 5.

Relax and let the worries and stress melt away while lounging poolside and soaking up the warm Florida sun. Sharpen your golf skills before your tee time on the putting green. After an exciting day at the parks, fire up the BBQ and enjoy your meal at the outside dining area with seating for 6. As the day draws to a close, unwind in the spillover spa while you admire the sunset over the picture-perfect Golden Bear lake.

The game room with professional arcades is sure to be a favorite space for kids of all ages! Challenge your family to friendly competition with air hockey, Miami Heat basketball, Terminator Salvation, and dual Super Bikes 2 racers. Head upstairs to the entertainment loft for more fun and relaxation. This great space has a professional poker table, a dartboard, a foosball table, and a multi-arcade game. There is something for everyone to enjoy!

Golden Dream features two spacious master king suites. For convenience, one is located on the ground floor and offers an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second-floor master suite includes an en suite bathroom with a shower and separate garden tub and a private balcony with breathtaking sunset views. There is also a third bedroom with a king-sized bed and a shared en suite with a shower. Kids will love having their own elaborately themed bedroom! Princesses will feel like they are in a fairytale as they retreat to their castle with a double/double bunk bed, surrounded by a gorgeous mural of some of their favorite royal characters. Little Jedis' imaginations will take flight as they save the galaxy in their galactic-themed bedroom with 2x double/double bunk beds. Completing the room is a tube slide to blast off and a private balcony.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
