Very nice house in good location.

Overall the property was very nice. The washer and dryer set was old and dryer didn’t work well. Pool was nice and the temperature was comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

First of all, the people at SWFL Real Estate were wonderful to work with. This home is very spacious and located in a nice SW Florida neighborhood. Everything you need is close by. Furniture appears relatively new, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped (with the exception of cocktail and juice glasses), plenty of nice pool towels and both heating/air conditioning worked well. But….if you're coming for sun and fun in the pool it is a bit of a let down. The lanai is surrounded by trees and shrubs which make both the pool and lanai area kinda dirty. They not only block the sun but your view of the canal. The pool also leaks so it's necessary to add water almost daily to keep the level up over the skimmer. The pool has a waterfall, but we were instructed (by the pool guy) not to use it because the pool leaks even worse if it's running. The pool does however have a great heater. One final note, the washer/dryer are pretty old and the dryer doesn't heat well. All in all, a lovely home but a bit overpriced.

Sienna stay

We thought the home and outdoor area was wonderful. We checked out on April 3. We washed and dried the master sheets as that was the only bd used. We left the garage opener on the linai as we locked up the house best we could. We would love to stay here again.
