Forget everything around you and switch to vacation mode the moment you step foot onto this beachfront balcony. Located at the Playa Encantada condominium complex, this elevator accessible unit could not be any closer to the beautiful beach of Anna Maria Island.

Offering more than 1,700 square feet of living space, this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom corner condo unit has plenty of natural light of living space, as well as unforgettable views from the balcony. Other amenities available exclusively to guests of Playa Encantada include a heated pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis courts and sauna.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom each have two single beds and share a hallway bathroom with a shower/ tub combination. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to prepare anything from a light breakfast to a full family dinner. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, a large smart TV and you can stay connected with free high speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the condo.

Reserved parking for one vehicle is available inside the ground floor garage. Additional parking spaces are available marked as Guests.

Overall the condo is very roomy, location is great, location is good. We enjoyed our stay. All four of us agreed though that the place needs some updating. To include mattresses bedding and towels, It was nice however to have some staples still there unlike most places we've rented, salt Pepper coffee filters, laundry detergent and some other things. We've been staying in Sanibel for several years and didn't know how they would compare. We found the dinning opportunities in the area were terrific and we ate out every day and did repeat visits to several of the restaurants on the island.. We enjoyed ourselves enough to book again nex year.

Breath taking gulf views!!

When you dream of staying at the beach, this is the view you imagine. A beautiful corner unit with 2 walks of Gulf of Mexico views. It’s absolutely gorgeous. You can sing in the climate controlled home and still experience the beach. The unit is incredibly spacious. Our family if 6 found the space comfortable and relaxing. The master closet is massive and unexpected for a vacation rental. The property is quaintly decorated with vintage 90’s decor. The mattresses are firm, and fairly supportive. There are lots of clean towels for bathing, and beach fun. There’s also a storage closet with beach chairs, and accoutrements. But let’s face it, you’re there for the location. Just enjoy that! We will be back! Literally, we’re coming back in a week!
