This first floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features an open living area with cozy furniture and an inviting ambiance. Chateau Chaumont boasts a prime location, just one block from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. This condo features many amenities, including an in-unit washer/dryer, a sofa/sleeper in the main living area, and flat screen TVs throughout.
Primary bedroom: Queen bed
Second bedroom: Two Twin beds, convertible to a King bed
Other: There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Common amenities at the Chateau Chaumont include an on-site hot tub and on-site free parking on a first come, first served basis (underground covered parking available). If onsite parking is not available, a complimentary residential street permit will be provided. This complex has no elevator.
Guests receive complimentary Aspen airport transfers, free Wi-Fi, housekeeping, concierge services, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
