Overall was really nice it had great amenities only thing that was misleading is it isn’t a 4 bedroom house it’s a 3 bedroom with a detached room outside Other than that it was great

This house was amazing! The location was great and convenient to a lot of parks. The property manager was very responsive and friendly! We hope to be back soon!

Enjoyed the house, the pool was clean even though it was too cold during winter to go in ( we have seen worse. The house was very clean , beds were comfortable , nice safe neighborhood to walk the dogs, house has a doggy door which was great !!! Would absolutely stay here again

Amazing

Wonderful place! Beautiful Mountain View with all the luxuries you’ll need. Has space for adults and separate place for children. Owner and host were amazing, responsive and honest. Very flexible with stay, changes and needs. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone !

Hello, The overall experience was great. I booked for 5 days, upon arrival the home was ready and clean. Check in was extremely easy, and convenient. I would recommend to stay at this home as it is in a good location, the pool is great especially for children. Check out was also easy. Thank You!

Family Christmas

A very livable and attractive property. Appreciated that the primary bedroom/bath were on the opposite of the house from the 2 guestrooms and bath. Our Boston Terrier loved the back yard and "zoomed" around it several times a day. My husband really enjoyed the hot tub. His back and legs have been bothering him and the heated water was just what he needed.

Family River Trip 2023

Every year we go to the Bullhead Park to enjoy the Colorado River. This year we got a rental property and had nothing but a great experience. The pool was spectacular, grill came in clutch for our first night. The backyard also had a hot tub, Corn hole, outdoor set, and eye popping landscape lighting for evening entertainment. The house had a great kitchen, bedrooms were spacious, and living room had a great TV with surround sound and all the streaming apps you need. Lots of parking. There were some unforeseen and uncontrollable small things that needed attention that our host Debora took care of quickly. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you Debora for making our family river outing unforgettable. Mahalo

Truly enjoyed this comfortable home. Our family is all about comfort and relaxed living. We appreciated having televisions in all three bedrooms plus the living room although we basically used the one in the living area. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and our Boston Terrier "zoomed" around the backyard. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful but fairly close to both Laughlin and shopping/eating. After a small "blip" at check-in, the guest contact dealt with the issue quickly and all was resolved within an hour. The bathrooms were fully stocked with soaps, shampoos, lotions and towels. The beds were very comfortable. Internet access was quick and easy. I liked having access to a vacuum as it allowed me to quickly clean up any backyard grass or leaves that got tracked in! The kitchen was compact but had all we needed. Liked the potential use of the grill although we didn't use it it was nice to have it available. We didn't need to use the washer/dryer but appreciated that it was available. The dining room table was perfect for our 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle....we ate at one end and set it up at the other! This would be a perfect setup if we came back with my son's boat....lots of parking!

First timer.

Place was very clean well-maintained obviously people that care for their home. I’m new to this but was very pleasantly surprised. Was there for a major fishing tournament with a few of my friends and we all had boats and all boats and trucks sit neatly side-by-side in the driveway. Great hot tub. Great pool. Even though there was some communication gap on bringing my dog. So I probably owe for whatever pet fee there was but I’m good with that. They had food bowls and water bowls. Worked out great.
