Set on a majestic 160 acres in the rolling hills of Quindanning and less than 2 hours from Perth, Spookwood Estate is a boutique vineyard offering a unique farmstay experience to help you disconnect from citylife and reconnect with nature and family.

Whether you love wine, views, hiking, wide open spaces, mountain biking or feeding farm animals, we have it all. Bordering on the beautiful Lane Poole Reserve with the Coolakin Creek running through the property your soul will be re-energised!

Laze on the balcony overlooking the 10 acre vineyard, stroll around the property from the top of the hill overlooking the valley, down to the beautiful Coolakin Creek. Sip on Spookwood wine as the sun sets or by the indoor wood fire or outdoor firepit.

And if that's not enough explore the state forest on foot, mountain bike or motor bike or explore the historical Quindanning/Williams area.

Lovely stay. Comfortable with plenty of things to do for everyone. Very clean with ample amenities and activities. Property as a whole was fantastic! We loved swimming and kayaking at the dam the most. Would love to come and experience it in winter time too.

Spookeood Escape

The property is in a beautiful location with plenty of walks and ample places to sit back and enjoy the views. Would highly recommend if you’re after a peaceful getaway with friends or family, we would definitely stay again :)

Fantastic getaway!

Loved every aspect....location, cleanliness, facilities, games provided (indoor and outdoor), layout of the house, the heaters (very much needed!), gorgeous bedding and a beautiful property to explore. If your looking for a genuine getaway, to unwind, and do nothing but relax and get away from the daily city chaos it is great!

Amazing property

Wonderful house in a wonderful location; very peaceful and we enjoyed feeding the chickens and making use of the fantastic amenities including the fire pit and games. The house was very well kitted out with lots of nice touches and thoughtful details.

Lovely property

The house is beautifully decorated and very well equipped for all you might need. The property manager was very friendly and helpful, and any queries we had were sorted immediately. She even showed the kids how to feed the chickens and peacocks. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the property for a place to disconnect and unwind.

Home away from Home

My family had a wonderful stay at Spookwood. House was equiped with everything anyone could need for a comfortable holiday, including a range of outdoor games that the kids absolutely loved. The caretakers at the property were very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The property was amazing and we went for some wonderful walks with views we will remember forever. I have no doubt my family will be staying at this property again.

Peace and Tranquillity

Amazing views from either the verandah or around the firepit. When its cold and raining relaxing inside around the fire place. Plently of fun to be had inside and out. The whole process was stress free they easily and quickly resonded to requests and questions. Perfect spot to just sit and relax or use it as a base to travel to the nearest attractions. We look forward to booking it again.

Not to be missed - you must stay here!

This was an absolutely amazing family holiday. The house is beautifully styled and equipped, has a breathtaking view, and is set on picturesque land. We enjoyed walking trails all throughout the property as well as leisurely time spent on the verandah taking in the view. The amenities of this house are great and the owners have really gone above and beyond by adding some extra supplies. Very thoughtful and was much appreciated. So far my favourite house for a down south getaway. Thank you
