Thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind, Serendipity features four spacious bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, all finished with contemporary furnishings. Ideal for families or groups, the home offers multiple living areas, including a second media room equipped with a Smart TV and streaming subscriptions to Netflix and Disney+.

The open-plan main living area flows effortlessly into the covered outdoor entertaining space, complete with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Overlooking a beautifully landscaped backyard, it"s the perfect spot to relax, watch the kids play, and soak in the tranquil surroundings.

Experience the charm and comfort of Serendipity your perfect escape in the Hunter Valley.Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 offer King beds that can be set up as 3 x King split bedding options if needed, with bedroom 4 offering a double bed. In addition, the rumpus room lounge contains a sofa bed for children (at the additional cost of $75 per night).

The property has an indoor pool table in the house that can be
opened to the back alfresco - perfect for afternoon entertainment
for everyone.

A beautiful fireplace and a large TV and sound bar complete the
downstairs living area facilities.

As you can see Serendipity offers endless entertainment that will
keep the whole family entertained.

You needn"t travel far for an exceptional time either, with privileged
access to The Vintage Resort facilities during your stay at a
luxurious holiday house. Perhaps a dip in the lap pool, a competitive
game of tennis on one of two courts available or a quick energising
session in the gymnasium. Enjoy all the extras of a resort whilst
staying in the comfort of your private holiday home.

Note the garage includes a personal TESLA charger for your use
during your stay.
